Cagayan, as our true and legal representative to act for and in our names and stead and to perform
the following acts:

-To transact and act on our behalf as legal and compulsory heirs of MANUEL
SALADINO relative to the transfer of that parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. EPT-10068 in favor of Geronimo P. Vicente as evidenced by Deed of Absolute Sale of
Registered Parcel of Land executed before Notary Public Atty. Simeon T. Agustin dated
November 4, 2004 at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan under Doc. No. 14043; Page No. 29; Book No.
XXVI; Series of 2004;

-And to sign documents and to perform all acts necessary for the completion of the
said authority.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representatives full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the foregoing authority, as though myself,
have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that they may do by virtue hereof
with full right of substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.

1. That I am the authorized representative of the heirs of MANUEL SALADINO, the

registered owner of that parcel of land located at Brgy. Dassun, Solana, Cagayan with an
area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO (16,982) square meters,
more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. EPT-10068 (Attached hereto is the
Special Power of Attorney as integral part of this Affidavit);

2.  That the said parcel of land was already sold to Geronimo P. Vicente as evidenced by a
Deed of Absolute Sale entered in the notarial register of Notary Public Atty. Simeon T.
Agustin dated November 4, 2004 at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan under Doc. No. 14043; Page
No. 29; Book No. XXVI; Series of 2004; 

3. That there is no complaint(s) or case involving the abovementioned lot before the DARAB,
DENR, or in any court of law or tribunal;

4. I am executing this sworn statement to lend to the veracity of the foregoing statement and
for whatever legal purpose or purposes that it may serve.

and correct of our personal knowledge and based on authentic records;

5. That I further certify that I have not commenced any other action or proceedings involving
the transfer of the said lot in any tribunal or agency;

6. That if I should learn that a similar application or proceeding has been filed or pending in
any other tribunal agency, I hereby undertake to notify the DAR within five (5) days from
such notice.

1. That I am the VENDEE of a parcel of land located at Brgy. Dassun, Solana, Cagayan with an area
of SIXTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO (16,982) square meters, more or
less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. EPT-10068;

2. That I acquired the said parcel of land from MANUEL SALADINO as evidenced by a Deed of
Absolute Sale entered in the notarial register of Notary Public Atty. Atty. Simeon T. Agustin
dated November 4, 2004 at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan under Doc. No. 14043; Page No. 29;
Book No. XXVI; Series of 2004;

3. That this affidavit is being executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order 1-89 as well
as to show proof that my total aggregate landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-
mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
intents and purposes that it may legally serve;
