Blowers : 3 No. Blowers, for barrel over heat controlling.

Heaters : One set Band heaters for barrel heating.

Die set : One size MBBR profile die with adaptor & calibrator will
be supplied with machine.

COOLING : Calibrator attached with stainless steel fabricated

TROUGH cooling trough. Heavy fabricated support stand.

AIR WIPER : 230 Volt operated air wiper.

TAKE UP UNIT : 2 HP.A.C motor driven.

AUTO CUTTING UNIT : Servo motor driven auto cutting unit cut pipe profile to the
pre decided length precisely.

Price : EX- FACTORY (Ahmedabad) + GST @ 18%
Packing : If require 2 % of Order value
Payment : 40% of the value of order as advance and balance amount
Against delivery within 15 days of our intimation that the
Order is ready for delivery
Delivery : 8-10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Force
major close may be applied if delivery delayed for the same
reason.
Inspection : We shall offer you inspection at our works by you or your
Authorized Representative.
Installation & : Quoted prices are only for supply of machinery. If you
commissioning require service of Engineers/Technicians for erection &
installation, at your destination, then to & fro first class
train ticket for persons, boarding, lodging, local
expenses and local transportation will be
borne by buyer.
Cancellation : Order received and acknowledged by us shall not be
subject to cancellation, either wholly or partly, for any
reason whatsoever without our written consent.
Specification : Due to continuous product development the specifications,
dimensions, designs, descriptions, shades of paints etc.
Mentioned in the quotation are subject to change
without notice. Necessary starters- switches will be
managed by buyer.
Force major : We shall be under no liability for delay in delivery if we or
our vendors are prevented from discharging our respective
obligations under the contract for causes beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to War
(whether declared or not), Invasion, Acts of
Enemies, Hostilities, Riots, Civil commotion, Labour
disturbances, lockout, layoffs, mutiny, insurrection,
epidemics, accidents, sabotage, fire,
floods, rebellion, revolution, earthquake, Government
orders and restrictions, legal enactments, lack of transport
facilities, interruptions or restrictions in power
supply, damage to or breakdown of plant, machinery and
equipment or any other acts of God/nature.
Jurisdiction : The transaction covered by this offer shall be subject to
AHMEDABAD Jurisdiction only.
Validity : 30 days from the date of quotation.
