Internship
Day 1 -20/10/19
At first day of our internship, I very excited, everything is new to
me.Then I meet with our supervisor and his name is Mr. Yok. He is very
kind and and friendly. At first we need to introduce ourselves first. We
need to tell what we like to do or what subject that we like, everything go
well it id very fun. Then our supervisor just lead us to see what they have
first, then we have a break When we finish break he give us a schedule of
what we will do today and rest of the week. The first think that we learn is
the history of the company so it make us know more about how does this
company start with. Then we talk about the step of work that how they
dotheir job. It is very fun and then we have a lunch break.
After lunch time we was learn about the different type of tire and does
it work. After know all of them they use a real tire and ask us the different of
it and how it work and we can do it easily. Then they teach us how to
change a tire if we have a accident in real life and then they make us to do
it. It is very fun and helpful in life and then we finish our first day of
internship.
Day2 -21/10/19
In our second day, the company had an orientation program for the
new staff, so we attended it and listened to the lecture today we learn about
the role of staff in this company and also about the rule of this company.
We have a 20 min break. After break we learn about how this company is
better than other company and who is the main competitor of this company.
Then we have a Lunch break. After we finish our lunch we come and lean
more about A.C.T business overview, organization & store work. Then we
finish our second day of internship.

Day3 -22/10/19
In this day we need to go to A.C.T head office, that is very far away
so we need to use B.T.S.. Alot of people use B.T.S. so it hard for us to get
in. after we their we can’t find a location of the office so we a little bit late. In
this day we learn about safety and the equipment and how it work. This day
is one of the funniest day that we have a internship.We have a game that
we have a picture and we need to tell where is the dangerous place in the
picture and we need to tell how to fix it. Then we learn about how to use a
fire extinguisher and type of it. We have a lunch break.
After lunch time we learn more about safety and how is it important to
a customer or staff. Then we play game, we will get some card and in that
card will tell us what jod that we need to do so we need to wear a correct
equipment to match with that job. Almost end of the day we have a test and
I get a very good score. We finish our third day of internship.

Day4 -23/10/19
In this day we learn about how the machine work and how the staff
work. Then we look and learn how to do it because in this day we need to
do by ourselves. The main thing that we learn is how to change a tire from
a
alloy wheels. It is very hard to do they need to be very careful because it
can effect to alloy wheels. Then we have a break lunch. After we finish
lunch, it is our time to change tire but not tire from customer it just a demo
tire. At first it is very hard to do but when we know how to do it, it not that
hard. Then they show us how to change a run flat tire that is way harder
than the normal tire. For this one we didn’t do it because it is very hard to
do so they just show us how to change a run flat tire. Then it end of the
day.

Day5 -24/10/19
In this we need change the tire again and then we need to clean up
alloy wheels. We need to clean it because normally alloy wheel is very dirty
so we need to clean it for customer. Then we need to learn more of the
machine most of it is vert expensive so they tell us how to use it correctly.
Later on we start to learn a new thing. We learn about how to check the
quality of the battery in the car. We learn in this part alot. Then we have a
lunch break. When we finish lunch, we continue to learn about the battery.
When we know of the information, they start us to check it buy ourselves
and try to speak why the customer need to change the battery. This can
improve our selling skill too. End of this day.
Day6 -25/10/19
This is the last day of the internship, today we need to go to the A.C.T
office. Today we learn about marketing overview and its marketing
strategy. He talk about how that we will have a promotion in each even and
how it increase the customer to come. This is very interesting us alot
because we learn about marketing so we can learn from this part. Then
they give us to create our store and we need to explain to them what is the
different between normal store and our store and they will tell us which part
that we need to change. Then we needto pair up and we need to create a
promotion for the even. Then we need to expain it to them, they tell us alot
and show how it difficult to do and how to change the promotion in a better
way. Lunch break. When we finish our lunch time we talk more about
marketing but this time we need to create a promotion for our parent
company and how it will increase a customer. After finish this part we done
our intership.
Reflection
Internship is one of the choice to do for capstone. Capstone is one
that we need to use for graduate I choice this internship because I will get a
new experience that we can’t find in school. I choose to go to A.C.T
because it relate to my parent business and we also learn about business
at This company too. This company is part of the Bridgestone company. I
have a internship there with my friends. We need to stay at one of my
friends house because it will be easy to go to the company. We have 2
place to go first is A.C.T store and second one is their main office. Store is
very near to us so it is easy to get there but for the main office it is very far
away so we decide to use B.T.S. We use our October break to finish our
internship.
Everyday that we do our internship, it is easy for me to do it. I need to
learn new thing that I never know before and we need to work similar to
worker but not that much. It is very challenging and take a lot of
responsibility to us. This internship make us learn new thing and they also
make us to have a communicate. This internship improve our talking skill or
how to persuade customer to but something. We also learn about how
important the safety is in the company. It save for all customer but also staff
that work their too. In this internship they teach us how to think if you are
the head of the company. This is very important to us because we learn
about marketing so we can use it in the future for sure. This give me a lot of
new experience that I never get from school. We learn that how we will use
a promotion in right way and how to promote it to hook our customer. Every
little thing can effect to the promotion too. In this internship I also learn
about the machine and how to use it also. We didn’t only watch how to do it
but we also use it too. We can change our tire and we learn about the
quality of the battery. We meet a lot of people and it make us to not shy
when we speak with new people or adult. This is very fun for me, If we only
sit and learn in class I think we will not get the new experience.
In conclusion, everything that we do in internship is go well and find.
I get a lot of new skill that I never know but it can help our learning a lot.
We learn a lot about a business that we never know before.This is show
that work is hard but we can pass it too, if we try it enough.
