The Department of Tourism (DOT) is looking for a creative writer of publicity materials
for this year’s tourism campaign. You are a freelance writer who wants to apply for the
position. Your tasks include the following:
1. Developing a catch-phrase that will become the slogan of the tourism campaign
based on this year’s theme: The Filipino and the Global Community.
2. Creating publicity materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers, among others,
that would attract tourists to go and visit the country.
You will submit any type of publicity material made digitally to a panel from DOT.
Your work will be evaluated based on originality, relevance to theme, and mechanics.
