1. Design a ‘Mini Green Home’ which uses minimum energy to keep the house cool on the
following topic:

Theme : Energy and sustainability of life

Chapter :9
Title : Heat

2. The green home concept fulfils a few criteria such as energy efficiency, water efficiency,
sustainable construction site, construction materials, innovation etcetera

3. Your model must use a recycled material at home by using the heat concept of daily life.

4. Individually you need to create a 3minute video showing the process of designing your
model.

5. You will present your ideas to your science teacher in 2020. Your mark will base on the
following criteria:
Design 20 %
Process 20%
Application 20%
Presentation 20%
Knowledge 20%
