Question: Essay on how you study.

The study is an act of learning and spending time discovering information or an academic work

or investigation about a particular thing or subject area. Studying is one of the most important

hobbies in my life. Different people use different technique to study and there are some which I

follow:

 Prepare a schedule for tasks for each day of the entire week.

 Make sure that the room has an ambient temperature where I can focus on my learning.

 Highlight important lines and use different ways of pointing out the information using

bullets and arrows.

 I keep testing myself by writing down all the stuff that I have learned without looking, as

it is a good practice for studies.

 Mark and label all my folders and keep them in separate piles so that I can find without

hustle when needed.

 Using the internet as the main learning resource.

The first step is to understand what I am studying because I cannot apply what I have learned

without understanding. I believe it is very important to attend and focus in every lecture and

class because without taking ideas from tutors and colleagues we cannot grow our knowledge.

The next thing I do is maintain good notes and keep the resource of study materials that helps me

in the future. Similarly, I plan the way of my learning and arrange my time accordingly which

fits my daily schedule without stressing me out because learning can be done efficiently only

when you have a free mind. Most importantly, I never hesitate to ask help from my friends which

helps me in brainstorming and clear my confusion if I have any.

Internet is the main source of my learning while books and journals also support me to get extra

ideas. I gather all the relevant information and make clear notes of it because making notes helps

to understand easily and make the process of learning efficient.

Lastly, I try to manage distractions, although social media and technology are useful tools but

when you are studying they can distract too much.
