BRIEF
The B type steam sterilizer is the sterilization equipment that can sterilize medical equipment, surgical dressing, medicine liquid,
glassware etc by saturated steam. They enjoy follow merits such as fashionable and attractive appearance, reasonably frame,
multiple functions, fast heating, complete disinfection.
Purpose:they are used to sterilize follow goods by medical treatment and public health ,scientific research organization: medical
equipment, labware, culture medium and non-sealed liquid or preparations.

FEATURES
1、The B type is automatic control steam sterilizer, They are made by shell , barrel, basket with netting on top, control system.
According to the volume of sterile chamber, they are divided into 30L, 35L, 40L, 50L, 75L and 100L.
2、Shapes are square vertical. Sterilization barrel’s shell and themselves are made by stainless steel. Sterilization barrel (pressure
vessel ) and safety accessory conform to GB 150 、 《 special equipment’s safety regulation 》 and nationality legal pressure
vessel provisions by laws and regulations, they must have nameplate and quality certificates that were registed on the legal
pressure vessel safety supervision organization.
3 、 safety valve is fixed on vessel’s cover. It can release over pressure to sure equipment’s safety when inner pressure exceeds
0.24MPa.
4 、 During heating and warming , deflation valve ,that is controlled by temperature controller, will discharge cold air
automatically. when the temperature on temperature controller exceed 102℃ , deflation valve will auto closes after several
minutes. Then equipment goes into auto intermittent deflated function and rise the vessel’s steam saturated degree, lt can add
sterilization effect.
5、operating front panel includes pressure gauge that shows pressure state clearly.
6、They can defense by themselves. Circuit can auto shut off when short warter in vessel ,heater auto stops operating,protect
the equipment in effect. At the same time, water indicator light is red colour to remind user to add water until enough.

3. when normal operation on sterilization’s circle, noisy shouldn’t be more than 65dB , portable type shouldn’t be more than
70dB(A)。
4. setting sterilization temperature scope:50℃~134℃. Sterilizing time scope that can be set :60min / 4~120min;drying
time scope that can be set:5~240min (drying type sterilizer).
5. safety class:class I。
6.Use it in environmental temperature:+5℃~+40℃;relative humidity:no more than 85%;atmospheric pressure 70kPa
~106kPa。
7. the used water shouldn’t effect sterilizing process, damage vessel or sterilizing items

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
1.Please read manual carefully before use.
2 . According to protection against electric shock, it belongs to class Ⅰ , no any flammable and explosive, anesthetics air or
articles exist on installation place.
3.Connect power source always during procedure, sterilizer’s place must keep 60cm distance to wall and height must exceed
1.2m , sure to operate equipment in safety ( must conform to GB 14048.1 and GB 14048.3 standard ) sterilizer’s power
source, it must have obvious disconnecting device ON-OFF mark (such as special for sterilizer). Power line must be fixed
when it is connected into disconnectiong device in order to prevent from falling off,power line’s diameter is 2.5mm²×3,L is
power line , N is zero line , yellow-green G is protective grounding. When procedure is over, please press OFF to close
disconnecting device.
4.Place the equipment on level and fast floor. User can connect power supply correctly according to its nameplate and manual. The
equipment must be sure safety ground protection(ground resistance shouldn’t be more than 2Ω)
5.connect water inlet and tap by rubber tube,open tap, auto add water. Notice:when add water into vessel,output pressure of
water source should be more than 2.5kg,otherwise ,the water can’t be added into vessel. No water or water not enough, heating
process will auto shut off.
6.there is about 1L tap water in the plastic drum on the left side of sterilizer(it is the steam that was filted and discharged into
drum),when fix it, notice not to fold the air tube , otherwise , it can effect discharge steam)
7.please don’t put the end of drain-pipe into water, otherwise, water can be sucked back into sterilizer barrel.

APPLICATION
All documents of the equipment must be supplied to local inspection organization to register on record. Sterilizer’s operator must
be through professional training, know well pressure vessel’s operating main points , operating according to manul in strictly.
Special operator must look after the equipment and record the operation state during sterilizing process,prevent from accident.
Sterilizer must be checked one time per year at least by inspection organization, only qualified, then can be used again.
NOTES:
please don’t put into inflammable goods into sterilizer’s barrel:please don’t put follow goods into the
barrel: explosive goods, inflammable goods, oxidizing goods, incendive goods, flammable goods.
Otherwise, the equipment will explode, fire or breakdown.
notice:
Please don’t put follow goods into barrel: the goods such as culture medium that can corrode stainless
steel. Otherwise, the equipment will explode, fire or breakdown.
 Please don’t touch switch or circuit breaker by wet hands, prevent from electric shock or accident
 Please don’t touch the vessel’s cover on sterilizing state as it is high temperature.
 “please don’t open the cover before releasing steam completely” :after sterilization, please don’t
open the cover before pressure gauge’s pointer doesn’t return to 0 place , otherwise, high

temperature’s steam can burn operator.

(II)OPERATEING STEPS

(1) function: press this buttom can choose function,press one time to display the A model ( sterilization function); press again to B

mode (sterilization, air release function); press again to display A model,cycle like that.

(2) button: press this button to adjust the temperature display high temperature setting (range: 50.0 ~ 134.0℃), the
sterilization time (range: 4 ~ 120 minutes) can increase the set time range;

(3) button: press this button to adjust the temperature display low temperature setting (range: 50.0 ~ 134.0℃), the
sterilization time (range: 4 ~ 120 minutes) can reduce the set time range
(4)START: press this button can open the working function;
(5) the water level indicator: when no water or the water level is too little in the sterilizer , shows a red light, when the water level

reaches the low water level, display flashing green, when the water level reached the normal level lont time display green light;
(6) gated indicator: when the sterilizer cover is opened when the lights not open;
(7) the alarm indicator lamp: the ALARM lamp will light on when there is over temperature alarm or error state durning work.
(8) the temperature display window: set the state display of set temperature, the working state display current measuring

temperature sterilizer;
(9) sterilization display window: set state display of set sterilizing time, display the current surplus of sterilization time working

state;

◆METHOD OF FUNCTION SETTING


The power supply is switched on and the control panel self-test, display the current temperature in the container and the last to

run the program, press the "function" button to select the program operation mode,Then you can use the corresponding key

setting temperature, sterilization time; after that pressing the "start" button,sterilization indication light which the control panel will

flashing (expressed in heating);The temperature rises to the set value, the sterilization indicator light will be bright, and start the

countdown (expressed in sterilization);Automatic bleed after sterilization, and the deflation indicator lights; bleeding after END,

window display, the end of the indicator lights and a beep indicates the end, can remove the goods.

a、Setting Sterilization function


(1) press "FUNCTION" button, display the currently selected working procedure of PROGROM A and sterilization
temperature and sterilization time;
(2)Seting the temperature by press the button which is under the temperature display window.
(3)Seting the sterilization time by press the button which is under the sterilization time display window.
(4)press START button after setting well.

b、setting sterilization, air release function:


(1)press the "function" button, display the currently selected working procedure PROGLAM B and temperature of sterilization
and sterilization time;
(2)Seting the temperature by press the button which is under the temperature display window.
(3)Seting the sterilization time by press the button which is under the sterilization time display window.
(4)Press “START”button to start work after setting well.

A、PRESERVATION
(1)Turn the handweel anticlockwise several times(caution hand injury),until you cannot turn. Make the sterilization cover fully
hold up,open the sterilization cover to the left and take out the sterilizing baskets.
(2) close the drain valve, fill clean water into the bucket (about 8L), the water level to the sterilizing bucket footwell (under the

shelf). Continuous use, must be fill enough water every time after sterilization, (if automatic fill water, this step can be omitted)
(3) properly dressed to be sterilized items, sequential into sterilization basket, left a gap between each other. This is conducive to
the vapor penetration, improve the effect of sterilization. Stacked sterilization package should pay attention to the safety valve
discharge hole space set aside, or because of the safety valve pressure relief vent plug failed, resulting in the pot body burst
accident.
B、POWER ON
Turnon the power supply that same with product requirement, put the switch to “ON”,the indicator on the control panel lights up,3
seconds display the self-inspection status.
C、SEAL
Push the crossbeam to righ column,Turn the handweel clockwise several times until you cannot turn and compact the sterilization
cover with the lower flange fully.(The user need to keep on turning and make the self-lock device match the gear cavity when the
indicator on the control panel lights up. The following operations can be performed.)
D、FUNCTION SETTING
The user need choose right button to set the sterilization temperature and sterilization time according to the different
sterilizing objects.(Reference to operation panel description)

E、AUTOMATIC WATERING(if have )


Press the start key after setting and watering begins. Note: When adding water, the water output pressure should be
more than 2.5kg/cm2,( otherwise the water may not be added). Automatically watering will be stopped when the
indicator light turns to green from red ;If the type doesn’t have this function, the user needs to add water manually.
The user can press the start key when the water be added to PT100.
F、HEATING
Press START button begins to work, The heating indicator will flashing means begins to heat up, The release valve will be

automatic closed when the temperature rises to 102℃
G、STERILIZATION
The sterilization indicator light stops flashing when the temperature rises to the setting
temperature. The sterilization begins.

H, AIR OUT ( This method is strictly prohibited in case of sterilization liquid)


I. After sterilization,start the automatic release air (application the B program in setting function).
II. For goods needs to quickly drying after sterilized (application the A program in setting function), a manual exhaust valve
must be open, let the steam sterilizer in rapid eduction, make rapid evaporation of water vapor items on the residual.
I、END
Panel display window to display the END with tone show in end. Cooled until the pressure gauge pointer back to zero, off Cap
remove items (be sure to wear protective gloves to remove. Because of the temperature drop out need a period of time, so please be
careful. After the operation, direct touch with the hand may cause burns.) A sterilization cycle was ended.
J、MANUAL WATER RELEASE
Manually open the side drain valve for water release when requirement.
Note: caution Hot

NOTE:
For the sterilization temperature correction/sterilization intermitten discharge time and cycle adjustment during the
sterilization process: The parameters of this step is related to the equipment working performance. The user should not change
the setting easily.
If the user does need to adjust the parameters, please adjust as follows:

Sterilization temperature correction/sterilization intermittent discharge time and cycle adjustment during the sterilization
process:
Press the start button and switch on at the mean time. Press the start button one time, the temperature window value will
be flashing, the user can adjust the temperature by pressing the or below the temperature window.(For example, if the
show temperature is 1.5℃ higher than the measuring temperature, then the user can add 1.5℃ based on the show value,
otherwise the user can decrease 1.5℃ based on the show value);
Press the start button again, the sterilization time window value will be flashing, the user can adjust the dischage time by
pressing the or below the time window;
Press the start button third time, the drying time window value will be flashing, the user can adjust the discharge cycle by
pressing the or below the drying time window;
Press the start button fourth time, the sterilization temperature window value will be flashing, the user can adjust the
release valve closure temperature by pressing the or below the sterilization temperature window;
Press the start button the last time will return back. After setting, turn off the switch and switch on again, the adjustment is
finshed.

ATTENTION AND MAINTENANCE

Note:
1.please make sure the electromagnetic compatible environment before use, make the equipment
to work normally.
2. Please evaluation electromagnetic compatibility before used, to ensure that equipment to work
normally.
3. Please don’t use the machine by the strong radiation sources, otherwise it may interfere with the
machine.

1.When Place the sterilization articles (the cover should be completely opened ), the basket should be placed in the barrel center
(on top and top should be concentric, stacked up and down), it is strictly prohibited to jam the relief valve, must keep some space
to ensure equipment is deflated, otherwise the relief valve cannot work because of blockage, cause an accident.
2. The water level in barrel must be checked before use
3.When the sterilizer continues to work, should open the cover and Let the equipment cooling for 5 minutes.
4.When the sterilization of liquid, the liquid should be canned in hard heat-resistant glass bottles, with no more than 3/4 volume
had better, choose cotton yarn plug bottle, do not use the punching of rubber or cork.
Special note: at the end of the sterilization of liquid is not allowed to the immediate release the steam, must stay the pressure to
return to zero .
5.If Only sterilize the beaker, flask, tubes and other containers, it must be open down or horizontally placed.if it be open up in the
place, it is difficult to deflate, and not easy to penetrate vapor into its internal, to lead to the occurrence of adverse effect.
6.Please don't sterilizing different kinds of objects at the same time, such as surgical dressings and solution, rubber goods and
instruments, otherwise, it will not be result in effective sterilization.
7.Confirm the sterilization property:You should put together of the chemical sterilize trip or biological indicator, after sterilizing
you can inspection the result, you can often use thermometer, sterile trip or indicator to know the temperature and the time, so as
to make the sterilizing reliable.
8.Please don't put have sterilized product inside the machine, In order to avoid contaminated again, culture medium and
sterilization processing after the completion of such instruments, please immediately take out and put in for the safe custody.
9.At the end of the sterilization (or under fault condition), pressure gauge pointer must return zero, open the manual air valve , let
the air into the container, after the vacuum eliminating ,the container cover can be opened (the face do not close to the cover),
after the cover fully open, please note scald and clamp hand when take out the basket.(please be sure to wear protective gloves to
take out. Because the temperature of liquid drops slowly, so please be careful when taken out the liquid, After the operation,
please don’t touch the machine, maybe cause burns.)
10.The pressure gauge using long , pressure indication is wrong or cannot restore the zero, it should give repair a, at ordinary times
should be regularly, as compared with the standard pressure gauge if abnormal, should replace the new table.
11.Equipment should be kept clean and dry at ordinary times, may extend  the service life, rubber seal gasket should be replaced
periodically.
12.In use, when the gauge indicates more than 0.24 MPa, the relief valve does not start working, should immediately cut off the
power , open the manual air valve, when the pressure gauge indicating 0 MPa and wait 1 ~ 2 minutes, open the container cover
and promptly replace relief valve.
13.when need to replace components, there must be specially trained personnel qualifications or sent to the manufacturer. And cut
off the power, release the steam , and gauge pressure to zero, then it can be repair. the relief valve inspection at least once a
year.
14.Please don’t change the machine by yourself ,please don’t break down or repair it by yourself, except the technical personnel,Or
you'll injury caused by the fire or abnormal operation.
15.Cleaning (once each a month) : it should be empty the water of the container and cut off the power. After waiting for container
cooling , removed the shelf,basket from the container. Then Use brush clean the incrustation of the wall, the heating tube and
water level probe scale , then dipped in alcohol or distilled water with a towel, wipe the inner surface, after being dry, place the

shelf and basket back. stored in a well-ventilated room and without corrosive gas
16.Don't let the children to use or play, otherwise it will cause burns, electric shock or injury.
17.Please do not open the drain valve during the equipment operation (for type A and type B) : when you want to discharge heating
water, should be waiting two hours after the sterilization , and must ensure open the cover .Otherwise it will caused by high-
temperature hot water scald or accident.
18.The fuse replacement: After turning on the power supply equipment , found the power indicator light is not bright, should cut
off the power, and open the back cover with screwdriver, check the fuse (R015, 10 x 38, 32 A) ,if it is damage, please replaced
immediately.
19.Before moving or transportation, storage, should be empty the water of container and seal sterilizer cover, cut off the circuit
breaker, remove the power cord.While moving (please remove lock state of castor) horizontal pushing sterilizer; when
transportation or storage(please fix the sterilizer on packing box) to prevent loose and bruises. Avoid overturned, and result in
injury or accident.
20.The conditions of transportation and storage:
the temperature: ﹣20℃~+55℃
The relative humidity range: 10%~93%
the tmospheric pressure range:500hPa~1060 hPa。
21.The operation of this products will not produce strong electromagnetic waves,but in order to ensure the normal use of other
medical apparatus and instruments,please avoid to use other highly sensitive instruments together with our product at the same
time.
22.The product and accessories should be taken to the corresponding qualified institutions or individuals for recycling at the end of
its service life(5 years)
