APPENDIX MATERIAL AND PROCESS REQUIREMENTS AT EACH PROJECT MILESTONE 14
1.SCOPE
The aim of this laboratory technical specification (STL) is to define the materials and process requirements for parts
made out of organic materials (thermoplastic, thermoset, elastomer thermoplastic or vulcanized rubber, compact or
honeycombed), for material samples and for parts of hydraulic clutch shift controls. It complies with the standard
structure of the technical specification A13 030.
These material requirements on parts come in addition to the requirements on samples regarding the B62 0300
standard.
This document completes the technical specification B23 1220 & the CPPR of the purchased parts, where it has to
be referred to (in paragraph “quoted documents”) or with detailed requirements directly integrated in each
paragraph.
This technical specification applies to all parts of the perimeter hydraulic clutch shift controls delivered directly or via
a third to PSA
In addition to the usual addressees, all documents required in this specification must be transmitted to PSA’s
materials and process engineers who are part of the PSA project team as indicated in appendix 1.
2.FIELD OF APPLICATION
The requirements of this document are applicable to all parts made out of organic materials (thermoplastic,
thermoset, elastomer thermoplastic or rubber) for mechanical components of PSA Peugeot Citroen cars, except
paragraph 5.6.2 ‘Technical characteristic of parts”. These requirements must be achieved according to the rules
defined at the beginning of paragraph 5.6.2.
