As we had a discussion over a call,we want to have a tie up with your college,for Training &
workshops

Pragya: Yes,Hope you have seen Our Proposal,which we have sent you.

Ayush:Yes,I have gone through your proposal and I find it bit interesting,but have lot many
confusions and queries ready for you
as there is nothing specific,but I just wanted to catch up with you to understand your
companies background,what are you dealing into,And in which all colleges you guys have
your reach,how many other IIM’s you all have a tie up with.

Ayush:So what kind off a workshops,you guys will be providing to our students,it’s a soft
skill based training or it deals into technicalities.

Pragya :Yes,as We are primarily into learning solutions,which involves all domain based
courses like Business Analyst course,Six Sigma,Block Chain,Data Science and many
more ................

Pragya: As these day we are promoting six sigma basically is in alignment with the national
skill development agenda of the country, wherein prime minister narendra modi had
sweared to spread awareness of this concept as zero defect. 
You must have heard about it in the PM Modi's speech wherein he talks about .. zero
defect ,, make in india .. and so on ..

 So... zero defect is nothing but six sigma only !!!!

Anu :Okay,What about other offerings,Because 4000/- for each course is an hefty
amount,what other facilities you will be providing to the students,anything which is related
to there placements and career opportunities.
Anu :Yes,so apart from Training and Workshops,we provide 12+ Live projects for first year
students and for the last year students we have Job references,Our Interns work closely
with faculty and peers to promote Knowledge Themes identified by Henry Harvin India

Okay,and as you told that you have 50+courses to offer,so how students will be choosing
there respective courses,and how they can get an of access the recorded sessions if they
miss up a class.

Anu : Yes,we will be providing the access of LMS to the students so that they can watch the
recorded sessions,and over to that they will be having a facility to attend 2 more workshops
again as a brushup session,without any extra fee.

Prakhar : Okay

Now What Will be the role of the Placement department over here,How we can be a part of
it

Anu: Yes,so we need to cover all the students from first to last year,and that is only possible
when we have our reach among all the students,so we need to Establish student reach to
spread awareness on the theme concept.

 Facilitate knowledge sharing through awareness material, focused session and

information provisioning.
 Act single point contact to resolve student queries. 
 Undergo train the trainer sessions 
 Coordinate on-campus activities by demonstrating program management 
 Distribute promotional materials to fellow students. 
 Hosting sample classes for peers.

Prakhar : Okay,Great,I guess We can go ahead with this,and will revert your back once our
director sir will sign it,

Anu:- HENCEFORTH then we can MOVE FORWARD TOWARDS ORGANIZING  SIX SIGMA
GREEN BELT TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM in IIM Rohtak.
