Lesson Objectives - Students will be able to identify different place value digits within

- Teacher asks students to identify and answer “which number is
greater ? or which number is smaller ?”
- Teacher asks students to join “sort me” games and divide
students into 6 groups.

Each group will share 6 papers containing numbers.
Each group will be asked to sort numbers from the smallest to
greatest during 5 minutes.
Each group will be asked to visit another group and see their work
without any comments and back to their place.
Teacher writes in the whiteboard about the correct answer.
- Teacher guide the students to make comparison sentences using
greather than, smaller than, the greatest and the smallest.
