For this semester, my three goals to focus on developing are: first, to improve my time
management, since I have been in situations in my previous teaching practices where the time of
my class ends before the students could finish the activities/assessments. So, I would like to
avoid these situations and use the time well in the students’ favor.
Second, to use a more effective Demonstration. Because when teaching children, the best way, in
my opinion, to ensure their understanding is by clarifying what they are learning and why, to use
samples, visual aids, clear instructions, and where they can feel confident to apply their
knowledge.
Third, to Work on my confidence. As a teacher, I think I should be confident and relaxed to
create a positive environment where students will also feel content to learn because I believe, as
a teacher, that my energy will reflect on my students and the classroom environment.

Desired the time frame is mainly when planning since it is the time
time where I control the type of activities and how I want the

semester 7 easier.
