REFLECTION: As a student, what do you think are the importance of having a credentials in getting

a job?

-Student choose what profession they want in the future, credentials helps make easier in getting
job that is related to you and to know more about you especially your knowledge and skill you het easily
promoted when you honestly do your best in your work which is capable for you and suitable for
something, Credentials give an advantage in hiring process if you have a higher level of skills some
industries may pay you a higher level of wage it is also essential for few reasons and most importantly it
brings credibility, you're well skilled and knowledgeable your background achievements helps you to
easily get a job, knowledge is important but skill is most important aspect in every job, the advantage of
credentials it helps you to become certified and more opportunities in your professional development.
