REFLECTION: As a student, what do you think are the importance of having credentials in getting a

When you’re trying to get a job, it’s really important to have some kind of official qualification to show off your skills.
That’s what we call a “credential.” It could be a degree, certificate, or license that proves you know your stuff.
Employers like to see that you have a credential because it gives them confidence that you can do the job well. It
also helps you stand out from other people who don’t have any qualifications. Having a credential shows that you’ve
put in the effort to learn and that you care about staying up-to-date with what’s going on in your field. So, having a
credential can be a big advantage when you’re trying to land a job.
