REFLECTION: As a student, what do you think are the importance of having credentials in getting a
job? (Minimum of 5 sentences – use your own words)

As a student, I think the importance of having credentials in getting a job is that you have the
credibility the company is looking for. Having a credibility you can secure the job or the position that
you want in the company will be yours. Also if you have the credentials you have a good stepping-
stone to get into the job you desire. In addition, having those credentials gives you much more value
as a new employee this matter can give you the key for the company owner's trust. Credentials are
important to have because rather than your capability and skills your credentials can speak up for
who for what you can do in a given tasks or job to you.
