    Objective: Identify the work ethics in the work place where you are in and identify whether it is a strong
    work ethic (good work ethic) or negative work ethic (bad work ethic).
    1. Observe your workplace, what are the strong work ethics implemented in your company? And
    rate it using the Likert scale that is shown below.

    REFLECTION: As a student, what do you think are the importance of having a credentials in getting a
    job?
    Having an act of prodding, thrusting or wrenching is a sense of matter that everyone should deal
    of in their lives. A job can give you an ultimate significant of self-worth that you are considered in
    contributing in your love ones or in your society. When getting a job we consider to make an earn and to
    learn. However, deep inside there are other factors that consider for getting a job. In the said statement
    above in to earn or in the other word is money.

    As long as you wanted to get a job, the first thing that round in our mind is the income that it
    provides. Money can provide your own cash for support in your expenses and for others.
    Learn or experience, this is the most suitable for those who are first timer in getting a job or for those
    people who are joining in other field of jobs. Learn and experience in a job is you just need to
    accomplish for you to explore in your field or other field.
    Making contacts, since you are working you are expecting in working with others too. You are able to
    build connections in your co-workers that around in your workplace.

    Getting a job is a nice task that we can accomplish but in the same time it is challenging.
