Module 2: Developing the Whole Person


Question: ​What can you personally do to make this period of changes, challenges, and
opportunities benefit you? List down three (3) concrete things you can do in the following
areas.

1. Health and physical well-being

-I will manage balancing my diet such as eating healthy foods and limit the food which is
inappropriate for my health.

-I will practice exercising regularly.

-I will ensure that I maintain proper hygiene and develop a good sleeping pattern.

2. Relationship with family, especially with parents/adults in the family

-I will make time for them especially in terms of bonding.

-I will be more open about my personal problems and thoughts.

-I will engage myself more in family discussions and respectfully accept their opinions and
thoughts as well.

3. Relationship with peers

-I will listen to any problem they have and will try my best to help them to overcome it.

-I will be a good influence to my peers such as helping them to avoid vices.

-I will connect with them to know how they are especially during these uncertain times through
the internet.

4. Management of your emotions

-I will avoid being doubtful with myself and about everything.

-I will accept failures and not dwell on it more.

-I will do my very best to find happiness in each day of my life.

5. Increasing your capacity to care for others

-I will do my best to help other people even in very small ways.

-I will ask them how they feel and try to comfort them.

- Most especially is to pray for others every time not because it is needed but we must pray for
others because we sincerely want to.
