ATC RECOVERY ON MV-35 ~ 55 WITH MX-2 CONTROL

Procedure A
1. Remove pin #87 as shown in the bottom drawing.
2. Select MDI mode and enter an M31, then press cycle start.
3. Key in the following steps: M87, M88, M82 then M83, and the main arm will come down.
4. Move the arm 180 degrees and turn the FLOW CONTROL valve fully CW.
5. Key in an M84, then press RESET.
6. Make the main arm parallel to the headstock.
7. Key in an M85, and the arm will move up.
8. Key in an M88, then an M86.
9. Move the arm 180 degrees to the original position.
10. Enter an M32, and replace pin #87.

Procedure B
1. Same as above.
2. Same as above.
3. Same as above.
4. Same as above.
5. Enter an M88 and press reset.
6. Same as above.
7. Same as above.
8. Same as above.
9. Enter an M86.
10. Same as above.

When tool of different sizes are assigned to the magazine, after doing step 5, you
must put the pot back up, index the magazine to a empty pot position, rotate the
arm 180 degrees by step 6, then put the pot back down before doing step 7.
