number

Receiver Paid service enables international “door to door” import shipping service for Doc & Ndoc; with SII
& EXT service options

Online track and trace of shipments; ODD delivery options available

New market opportunity for Cash and Non Account Customers to ship IMP online on MyDHL+

Simplified Import Express Worldwide tariff structure for Doc & nDoc products
- for single conveyable piece up to30kg; no piece dimension >120cm; maximum dimension limit to Box8
- relevant surcharges will apply.
- only optional service SII and EXT can be offered

Transportation charge and relevant surcharges are paid before shipment pickup at origin; and before delivery any additional
surcharges, duties & taxes will also be paid ( as per standard Ops IMP GSOP )

Payment options by Credit Card / Debit Card / or accepted local cashless payment modes

CS & Service Point involvement is minimal as MyDHL+ & ODD features will be the interface media with a simple & seamless
process fully managed by the Receiver
