Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Managed technical operations, utilizing multiple technologies, including SLA process.


• Currently working with on IBPS technology for account opening process and TAB.
• Primary point of contact for application configuration issues, performance tuning,
troubleshooting and problem identification, plus project management.
• Deployment of patch on production servers including release note.
• Responsible for on-going technical development of new and veteran team members,
providing support and guidance
• A key member of tier1 production application support for the critical projects.
• Developing scripts for all the data requests from the client where based on business logic,
we need to provide the data to customers.
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of all production servers.
• Business meetings with the client for enhancements proposed to the application.
• Requirement gathering and design the process to meet the client targets.
• UAT testing and perform QA role.
• Co-ordination with DBA & server team for production issue & CR implementation.
• Scrum meeting for requirement gathering and debugging of production issues,
• smooth running of business process specially in EOM.

Newgen Omni Flow 9.0 is successfully implemented at Axis Bank to provide an end-to-end
solution for the entire workflow process to automate the Account Opening Process and fulfil the
customized requirement.

Role and Responsibilities:- As an Technical Support Engineer in POS Team,DMART ho.
Working on Using SQL.
Duration:- Technical Support Engineer from 08th Aug 2016 to 31 Jan 2018.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Update the data sale file on application(Using DB browser).


• To work on sales project which includes the activities like to Publish Sales Cube, Sales
reports, monthly, quarterly and year end activities.
• Testing the PATCH files.
