Acknowledgment
I have completed my internship under ADDITIONAL Solicitor general and senior advocate
under Advocate S.D. SANJAY.A practicing advocate under Patna High Court and Supreme
Court. The law firm basically deals with commercial cases, civil cases and criminal cases. I
had allotted a work to research on Online dispute resolution and along with a deep study of
case Commercial corporation of India ltd vs Income tax officer 1993. I had done a
research on ODR system in India. I have also studied a lot about commercial law and a little
bit study about Income tax act for my case study.

STRUCTURE OF THE RESEARCH PAPER

Critical analysis of ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) system and done some research on
cases commercial activities.

Introduction: I had done an online research in the topic ODR system in India where there
was group of 6 people and we had divided our work in which I had to research on the abstract
of the research paper along with the introductory part. Apart from research on paper I had
allotted to refer a case Commercial corporation of India ltd vs Income tax officer 1993.
Area and nature of Research: I had done the analysis of the ODR system in India where I
had studies about how ODR works in India, what all are the criticism and merits of ODR. I
had researched about how fruitful the ODR system in India. Whether it’s of any use in India
and if yes then how efficient it works. After completing the paper I had to present in front of
the supervisor which I had done and successfully completed my internship.

Research Findings: I had found so many materials through net regarding ODR system in
India and I had taken the help of so many articles by different-different sites like Law Ordo,
pleaders etc. After combing all the data I had summarised all my findings about ODR system
in the introduction and abstract portion.
