    USF site, fuel finished team can not moved as alarm received at
    5:30PM evening so moved next day early morning and fueling
    team access site after 8 hour delay due to fog and moved in
    morning 7:30AM. Also reached site late due to fog and cannot
    moved fast Fuel Finish
    1 Sector was down. Found jumper cable faulty. As before NTS team
    was working, so inform to PMCL. PMCL TL sheryar says NTS team
    will do this work. Hardware issue
    1 Sector is down, Hardware required mail already sent to pmcl. Hardware issue
    T-Prime site and alarm received by team around 4:30PM and due
    access issue at night team cannot moved and access site next day
    early morning and left for site around 9AM due to fog which also
    cause delay to access site Access issue

    2 sectors are down. EPTSC not rcieve its T.T. But now team is on Hardware issue

    fuel finished and fueling was done very late by fueling team Fuel Finish

    Major fuel theft &heave illegal connection and manually stop
    Genset already informed PMCL on several mails and also confirmed
    by Abdul Samad PMCL Fuel Finish
