SUBJECT : CENRO E-TRIKE AND MULTI CAB VEHICLES

This letter is to serve as an official written reprimand for an incident that happened last
night January 20, 2021 to which the six (6) Environmental Enforcers in the essence of
their work used a service vehicle in going to different barangays.

The facts of the case are as follows: They used the CENRO E-Trike as their service but
without knowing they lost the key and forced the ignition key of the said vehicle to run
but unfortunately it didn’t and they find an alternative vehicle the Multi Cab, they were
able to used the vehicle but they removed the door of the Multi Cab without informing
the office is a case of immoral ethics and improper conduct.

We value moral ethics & proper conduct and consider it to be a significant factor.

You are hereby ordered to submit a written explanation for not doing your job seriously
within three (3) working days of receiving this letter.

A copy of the letter will be put in our office personnel file (201 file). Kindly treat this as
an urgent matter.
