Metropolitan solution ptv ltd

Start:
Suppose a logistic company (MSPL) is decide to a new plan for supply chain. this is a single
process; through this process we can understand the whole procedure of the company. (E-
Commerce)
Process:
Coordinating the movement of supply and materials is now a global process. today, businesses
now a day use the word logistics to describe the flow and storage of goods from one point to
another (i.e., From origin to consumption). the most crucial point of the business is supply.
1.Transportation:
The first step of processing map is transportation.it is a process of carrying of things etc. from
one place to another place. Things may transport from one place to another place by various
methods which are following:
Road transport
Railway transport
Water transport
Air transport
Pipeline transport
If a logistic company decide to transport somethings to somewhere. the company may adopt any
method from the above. The material are goods once arrive to the warehouse of the company.
then the company is able for next process (i.e., shipping)
2.Shipping:
Shipping is the physical moving of goo0ds from one place to another, such is the moving of
merchandise from the warehouse to the customer. The shipping process follows the
manufacturing and packing of goods and will be controlled by shipping or logistics company.
3.Receiving:
The objectives of a receiving function include inspecting deliveries to evaluate the quality and
determine the quantity if the product, checking prices, and arriving at an accept or reject.
Decision:
Supply Chain Decisions as the term implies, strategic decisions are made typically over a longer
time horizon. These are closely linked to the corporate strategy (sometimes they also called the
corporate strategy), and guide supply chain policies from a design perspective.
Documentation:
There eight standard documents which to be understood to be successful an order.
1.Proforma Invoice:
We understand completing export documents often high-pressure. Here is a Proforma Invoice
that would help in the understanding in shipment process.
2.Commercial invoice:
As We that completing export documents often high-pressure. Here is commercial Invoice that
would help in the understanding in shipment process.
3.Packing list
The packing list may be used by the freight forwarder to prepare a bill of lading for the ocean or
air carrier and to understand how much room is needed for the consignment. It may be used by
bank as a supporting document presented for payment under a latter of credit or other payment
terms.
4.Certificate of origin:
Some countries are requiring a certification of origin for your shipment to identify in what
country the goods originated
5. Shipper’s letter of instruction:
Regardless of who hired the forwarder, it’s important you provide him or her with shipper’s
latter of instruction (SLI) containing all the information needed to successfully move your goods.
6.Bill of lading:
An inland bill of lading is often the first transportation document required for international
shipping created for your export
7.Dangerous goods form:
Shipping dangerous goods or hazardous materials can be tricky. Before you do it, the
appropriate people at your company need to be trained in the proper packaging, labeling, and
documentation of these shipments.
8.Bank draft:
The bank draft may or may not include a transmittal letter, which includes details of the bank
draft transaction including the types of additional documents that are included and payment
instructions.
Connector:
Select best connector companies for the designing and requirements. However, identifying the
best companies is difficult in a marketplace that is filled with strong competitors. A deeper look
is required. The first step is to identify which companies are successful. A logical starting point
for identifying the best connector suppliers. Specifically, we aim to identify the best connector
companies in in our process.

(A)-WAREHOUSING:
An extensive review on warehouse operation planning problems is presented. The problems are
classified according to the basic warehouse functions, i.e., receiving, storage, order picking, and
shipping.it is to be explaining what planning models and methods are currently available for
warehouse operations, and what are the future research opportunities through a description and
understanding of the current outbound processes at Company N, seeks to identify any wasteful
activity and what might be causing such wastes in warehousing. understanding the dynamics of
warehousing operations and the characteristics of the inventory is critical to handle such a
complexity.

(B)-Logistics:
Logistics is the term which generally means the management of transportation of information,
from one place to another. Logistics involves things like transportation, inventory, packaging,
supplies and sometimes, social security and warehousing. A logistics company plans,
implements, and controls the movement and storage of goods, services, or information within a

1) IDENTIFY TOOLS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?
2) WHAT NEED TO ASK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SCORE?
3) MEASURE THE CUSTOMER LOYALTY ?
4) KEEP EYE ON CUSTOMER EFFORT SCORE?
5) LOOKING FOR BETTER CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS ?
6) HOW BUILDS TRUST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ?
7) RESULTS IN FEWER CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS ?
8) HOW YOU GROW?
9) KNOW YOUR BUSINESS INSIDE AND OUT?
10) HOW IMPROVE COMMUNICATION SKILL?

(b)measurements is applied to each question

IDENTIFY TOOLS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ?
The customer satisfaction survey is the standard approach for collecting data on customer
happiness. It consists of asking your customers how satisfied they are, with or without follow up
questions. Three useful variations:

3. Long Email Surveys
WHAT NEED TO ASK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SCORE?
This is the most standard customer satisfaction way,(method) from asking your customer to rate
satisfaction with your business, product, or service
MEASURE THE CUSTOMER LOYALTY?
ORGANIZATION ALSO NEED TO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY

KEEP EYE ON CUSTOMER EFFORT SCORE?

ORGANIZATION NEED TO KEEP EYE ON CUSTOMER EFFORT SCORE I .E. WHAT IS THE LIKE AND
WHAT IS DISLIKE BY CUSTOMER

LOOKING FOR BETTER CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS ?

Social media has had an immense impact on the relationship between business and customer.
Social media tools are good source for detecting factors to help in customer satisfaction
HOW BUILDS TRUST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ?

HOW IMPROVE COMMUNICATION SKILL ?

Strong communication is to be required for effective flow of the entity.
