Our team contains a broad array of construction managers, master mariners, naval
architects, supervising engineers and electrical engineers.
1. Concept
With experience on research and development
of marine floating structures BSOC provides a
multidisciplinary team able to develop, analyse
and optimise the project based on the needs of
Client regarding the ship, platform, fixed
structure, or harbour utilities.
As consultant BSOC will cover all technical, legal,
commercial, and regulatory aspects of presented
concept.
2. Basic & Detail Design
During this phase the we receive the relevant
philosophies, scantling calculation, structural
reports, equipment layout and maker, etc.
Following to their assessment basic and detail
design philosophies are issued to the Client, the
final scope being the acceptance of the principles
and contents of the deliverables.
Construction projects at very high standards insure excellent products with good performance

3. Construction, Equipment Testing & FAT’s
Our hull, machinery, coating/painting,
HVAC, outfitting, electrical inspectors
detect criticalities and eventual corrections
that might be performed to insure 100%
compliance.
All involved instruments and equipment are
inspected before delivery from factory in
order to insure suitability / compliance with
Client requirements and industry
standards.
4. Commissioning
Following to the completion of the pre-
operational COA check-lists, Certificates of
Approval are issued. Operations are then
monitored in order to have the certainty
that no deviations from the approved
procedures / documents occur.
5. Project-related Consultancy
Most of our projects also contain the
consultancy clause that entitles the Client
to ask for support and advice whenever he
pursues operational optimization or
reaches dead ends / criticalities.
