Having thinking questions connected to higher expectations for some different SLOs. I have included students is a great way of specific notes on my LA lesson differentiation. How can this be plans on ways to keep all clearly communicated for all students challenged. students? Reflection at End of Term I feel like I made good progress on this goal. This is a goal that I would love to keep in the front of my mind as I move forward in teaching. Challenging all students is something that should try to be incorporated into all lessons. I learned that this can be done in having extra work (my extended questions) for some students to complete. Another way is to emphasize the different expectations for different students. This means students can work on the same assignments but are expected to do it to the best of their ability. This worked well in my writing projects. I always talked about students doing as much as they were able - having some students write on 6-7 subtopics and some on 2-3 subtopics. This way the class could all do the same project and yet students worked at their own level. This practicum taught me that differentiation does not have to mean different assignments, but that different expectations is a great form of differentiation.

Reflection at End of Term
Reflection is a key part of being an effective teacher. This goal has forced me to do something that I struggle with. I hope to continue this into my teaching career. Having a special journal helped me to take the time to write down reflections on my lessons. Writing things down helped to look more specifically what went well and what went wrong. This really led me to consider the why. My list did not work as well as I had hoped. I often forgot about it. This is something I would love to add to as time goes on. In future reflections I would like to add a focus onto different teaching strategies and less focus on classroom management.
