Rationale:
I benefitted immensely from
discussions with my ST and
other teachers throughout my
first placement. However, many
of these were in relation to
behaviour management. Whilst I
believe this area is important to
discuss, I will be in a mainstream
school for my EPT329 placement
and as such, I will likely have
increased opportunities to
discuss strategies from a range
of areas, i.e., lesson objectives
and syllabus outcomes; as there
is a more varied and larger staff
unit.
