This Agreement executed on 21th January 2021 by and between M/S US DATA CORP.
Represented by Mr./Mrs. Chloe Malkan having office at 12/A Colarado, Springs, USA

And

Freelancer expert who is represented by Mr. /Mrs. Vishal Gautam , who's working address is:
country:india, Kushwaha Market, Hansari, Jhansi(UP), 284001.
*Rework wouldn’t be given.

Payment according to your accuracy:

90% & above=$3 USD- Per Page
85% & above=$2.5 USD- Per Page
75% & above=$1 USD-Per Page
Below 70%= No payment/No refund/No rework

1750 inr, Non refundable contract paper costing, only in case if achieves the accuracy level above 70%,
The job work will be renewed for the next month if provided the same accuracy. Once contract paper or
Live Data would be delivered by company that won’t be cancelled.

• File should be sent within the dead line given by the company, otherwise your file will not be
accepted.
• Extra file found in the zip file except word file.
• Incomplete files not acceptable.
• Color text found.
• If File Not Type as it is image file, File will be rejected.
• Doc File name not match as it is Image file name.
 The Company decision will be the final

The deduction of your accuracy and errors is calculated whole slot won’t be count page by page error. Whole slot wouldn’t be Check. If
Percentage of error will be higher in one or more page. If your some file are qualified accuracy and some file are not qualified accuracy
this type of file will rejected. No payment/No refund/No rework
