Sub: Issue of NOC for the construction of Residential (Flat) building in Sy. No 577/25 of
Kanniyakumari village at Km 15/500 near CAPE station – Shri Naresh Babu– reg.

With reference to the above subject and letter under reference 1, The site was inspected by
SSE/W/CN/TVC and following remarks are offered based on his observation:
1. The proposed site is at Km 15/500 on the LH side of the existing track with a distance of
80.1 m between the Center line of the existing Road 1 and the proposed building.
2. There is no proposal beyond the Railway boundary on LH side.

Hence NOC may be given for the construction of Residential (Flat) building in Sy. No
577/25 of Kanniyakumari village at Km 15/500 near CAPE station in favour of Shri Naresh
Babu.
