Let me introduce my self.

My name Achmad Agung Hidayat, you can call me Agung. Im 28 year old and I live in Cijantung, East
Jakarta. Im Magister Accounting from Pancasila University.

I have experience work around 7 year with different company and different position. Mostly my
experience work at manufacturing company.

My first career I work in Consultan Company as of Junior Auditor during 1 years, after that I move to
PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria as of Accounting staff during 2 years and get promotion as Cost
Accounting Supervisor in DVL plant at Bogor.

In 2018 I finished my magister and get opportunity work at Yamaha Indonesia as of Chief Accounting
& Finance. My reason moved to Yamaha Indonesia is, Bogor is so far away from my house and I must
go and back to my house at Cijantung using motorcycle everyday.

And secondly Yamaha Indonesia give my opportunity position create Financial Statement, so I think
this is my opportunity for implement my knowledge.

My responsibility work at Yamaha Indonesia is, Reporting, Controling and sometimes do Operational

Reporting :

- Create Opex & Capex report vs budget and adding small analysis why some account is
increase/decrease.
- Cost Variance.
- Making Financial statement report Mothly or yearly.
- Consolidation report with my subsidiary & my holding (YCJ)
- Create Opex & Capex budged for 1 year.

Controlling :

- Make sure invoice for payment inline with SOP and GL account is make sence.
- Control Aging for Payable or Receivable.

My archivement at Yamaha Indonesia is, create macro excel for increase speed my team for make
report detail account. This system is intregrated with our SAP system (so you only put id password,
GL account, and date and the system will running. pull the data and display it regarding our working
tamplate). This project I collaborate with IT dept.
Why you want move from your current company ?
