Explanation:

( (
data set is equal to 26.75 while in the second data set is equivalent to 36.75 as
you can see there are different results came from a different dat set. When it
comes to standard deviation, I may say that whether no different value/ result
the first data set is equal to 5.42 same with second data set which is 5.42 also
that's why I may also say that these two sets of a given data has a homogeneous
data because the given data set's o each values are congregated/ intact.

H. Multiply each value by 2 and recalculate the mean and standard deviation. How
does the result compare with (a) and (d).

Explanation:

Base on my calculation, there is difference result when calculating

the mean and standard deviation from a different data set. A you can ee the mean
of the 3rd data set is equal to 36.75 while in the 4rth is equivalent to 53.5 it is
higher than the 3rd data set. While calculating the standard deviation it also a
difference, the 2nd result is equivalent to 5.42 which means homogeneous data but
3rd result is equivalent to 10.84 that's why I may ay that this given data set is
heterogeneous because it has the higher standard deviation or the values of this
given data set is dispears or more spread apart as you can see in the table 3.
J. Make a generalization based on your computation.

I realized when calculating this sets of data it may not have a same result

because not all of the given data have the same result when calculating the

mean range as well as the standard deviation you need also to make a table

to fulfill the calculation it is also need to better understand or to know if the

scores of the students or that given data sets is a homogenous data of

heterogeneous data, for you to determine if it is heterogenous or

homogenous you may know how to calculate the standard deviation. The

lower standard deviation means the given data is congregated / intac or

clustered but if the standard deviation is higher it means the score of data is

heterogeneous. Heterogeneous means the scores or the values in that

particular data set is spread apart / dispears we need to calcute it for us to

determine if that scores/ values is higher than the mean or lower than the

mean or straight up to the mean.
