City Government which we initially proposed to be utilized for Road Opening Project.

May we request permission from your good office for a change of our project from Road
Opening to Acquisition of Solid Waste Management Equipment for Organic Fertilizer
Production as Livelihood Program.

The proposed project is in consonance with the 2019-2022 City Executive and Legislative
Agenda (ELA) and included in the Local Development Investment Program for Calendar
Year 2019 -2022.

To comply with the requirements for the Issuance of Notice to Implement, we respectfully
