2.After every scan : a window will open asking for a. QC Scan 1 : Filing
OK/Not Ok , if selected OK then the part goes to i. Dimensional defects
the next stage. ii.Aesthetic defects
If selected, Not ok , Then another page will open : As per selection, the defect list will open accordingly.

3. After scanning at PDI: A printing machine to be installed at the PDI stage and after every scan, automatically that number of stickers
should be printed to be placed on the part. This will prevent wrong part identification and sticker wastage.
