As we resume operations, considering the


COVID-19 situation, di!erent state
governments have laid out their
respective protocols for passengers
arriving at their airports. Before you travel,
make sure to read and understand the
complete guidelines of the city/state you are
travelling to and comply with the same so as
to ease your travel plans. Click here to

Arogya Setu App must be downloaded and

Passengers shall wear mask at all time during

Thermal screening is mandatory while entering


the airport

only asymptomatic passengers shall be allowed


to travel

Arrival State Guidelines

1) Jharkhand

In Jharkhand, IndiGo !ies to Ranchi.

Health Screening:

Mandatory thermal screening will be


conducted for all passengers arriving from
Maharashtra, Kerala & Telangana.

Symptomatic passengers will be tested for


RT-PCR/TRUENAT & if found positive will be
home isolated.

It is mandatory for passengers arriving from


Maharashtra, Kerala & Telangana to carry a
RT-PCR/TRUENAT negative report from ICMR
approved lab not earlier than 72 hours. RT-
PCR timeline starts from the swab collection
time. Passengers arriving without negative
RT-PCR report will be subject to RT-PCR test
(free of cost) / "ll up self-declaration form.

Quarantine:

Symptomatic passengers will be tested for


RT-PCR/TRUENAT and if found positive will
be advised for home isolation.

Passenger Obligation:

1. It is mandatory for passengers arriving


from Maharashtra, Kerala & Telangana to
carry a RT-PCR/TRUENAT negative report
from ICMR approved lab not earlier than
72 hours

2. Passengers are advised to self monitor


health for 14 days.

3. All passengers must download Aarogya

Passengers arriving on Vande Bharat !ights


from Doha, Kuwait, Dammam and Riyadh must
undergo quarantine and make their own
arrangements as per the arrival city/state’s
guidelines. This is mandatory before !ying to
another domestic destination, failing which
passengers will be denied boarding.
