INT. Large Classroom- Day

Medium shot of a group of students. They are all working
on computers. LIAM, sits working hunched over not
entirely invested in what he is doing. NOAH who sits
behind him is more focused. He is typing away quickly.
Liam stretches and leans back. He turns his chair to
Noah and looks over his shoulder.
Liam
Where are you at.
Noah
I am on my 3rd page right now.
Liam
Damn I am still trying to write the first paragraph.
Noah
Imagine being that much of a dumb bitch that you can’t
even write a paragraph.
Liam
(CHUCKLES) Asshole… So, have you beaten sunset overdrive
yet?
Noah
I can’t be asked really; it’s gotten kind of boring and
I lose all my ammo killing one zombie.
Liam
I mean it could just be that your shit at the game,
cause I beat it in a week.

Noah turns to Liam smiling

Noah
That’s because you haven’t touched grass for the past
year.
Liam
That’s god damn right and I’m proud of it. Anyway, can
you send me the link to your essay?
Noah
Liam you tried this last time your just gonna reword my
work and submit it.
Liam
And that’s what friends are for.
Noah
This will be the last time, right?
Liam
I promise on my mum
Noah
… You don’t like your mum?
Liam
That is irrelevant, it doesn’t matter that I hate her
with every inch of my being I will still swear on her
life
Noah
I repeat the original statement. You’re are a dumb
bitch.
Liam

AIDAN, who sits next to Noah, takes off his headphones
and spins towards the two friends.
Noah
Listen you Tesco meal deal looking as clapped bitch. I
may be a neek but I don’t have using a pc as my only
trait
Aidan
Oh shit, Noah and Liam bout to fight

Noah and Liam both look at Aidan confused. Aidan gets up

and looks around the class
Aidan
Everyone! Liam and Noah are gonna fight at lunch. It’s
gonna be at lunch I want to everyone there to support
them.
The camera pans around to see that there are only a
handful of students in the class paying attention. But
Noah and Liam look at each other concerned
INT. Bathroom- day
Liam is at the sink looking into the mirror splashing
water into his face. Noah walks in looking just as
shaken
Liam
Nervous
Noah
I don’t want to do this man. I haven’t been in a fight
before, and I don’t want my first fight to be with my
only friend.
Liam
See that’s why I’m gonna fight. You are my only friend.
Did you see how everyone was so excited when they heard
about the fight.
Noah
There were only 5 people
Liam
And that’s 5 more people then we actually know. If
fighting you means that people actually like me and I
don’t need to take the train home alone then so be it.
Noah pauses he looks concerned with what would happen
and shows hesitation.
Noah
What if we injure each other
Liam
This is both of our first fight; I am sure nothing will
go wrong
Noah sighs he
Noah
Ok. I guess we fight
