Sara Ambrose has been an art student of mine since her Freshman year. She has always been a diligent worker and
talented artist. Sara’s attention to detail has allowed her to serve as our Main Editor for Yearbook the past two years. Sara
has blossomed over the past four years into an outgoing, kind, and motivated individual.

Within the school, Sara strives to earn all A’s in all of her classes and does so while serving as our Yearbook Main Editor.
Sara has been on staff for three years, and her dedication to graphic design and publishing a top yearbook exceeds the
standards of any staff member I’ve ever worked with. Sara spent the summer learning Adobe InDesign, an industry
standard publishing software. She has single handedly designed our division pages this year and even taught herself how
to use Adobe Photoshop. She holds herself and her staff to the highest standards. Sara is a very talented artist and
continues to grow her skills as a fine artist and graphic artist. I first worked with Sara in my 3D Design class her freshman
year. I’ve enjoyed seeing her develop into one of our top art students in the program.

What impresses me the most about Sara is the incredible change she has made since her freshman year. We often joke
about how different she is compared to now. Sara was once an anxious and quiet student that kept to herself. She had
just moved in with family friends to give herself a better chance at achieving social mobility and not have a concern where
she would live and get food each day. It’s understandable why she would be nervous and quiet her first year at El Dorado.
Now she not only competes in Speech and Debate, but she is the Knitting Club President, plays Varsity Softball, and
serves as the Yearbook Main Editor.

Perseverance and drive is what pushes Sara to be her best. To say I will miss having her on staff is an understatement. I
have no doubt that she is going to have a successful career in the medical field. It is without hesitation that I highly
recommend Sara Ambrose to be considered for any scholarship or college of her choice. Please feel free to contact me
