• Must Wear Mask all the time. Entry would be allowed ONLY, with mask. • Max 5 Customer group / set allowed at a Time • Hand-sanitizer to be placed in Entry of Showroom all the time. • Salesperson to wear hand-glove & mask all the time. • Customer would be allowed on the queue-based system. • Senior citizens and Appointments would be given first preference. • Display the Safety Management Measures posters promptly in the shop
Step-By-Step Procedure to be followed (Serving the Customer):
1. Temperature Scan to be done for all the customers at the shop entrance 2. Only the customers below 37.5 C would be allowed inside. 3. Safe Entry QR to be scanned for Contact Tracing purpose 4. Green sticker with customer’s temperature to be given to customer, for sticking in their dress. 5. Hand-glove to be given to customers to try the Jewellery. 6. Assign the customer to the available salesperson 7. Salesperson before attending the customer, need to check GREEN-STICKER. If the Green-Sticker is not available, Request the customer to do follow the Safety Management Procedure. 8. Cashier should ensure that, customer do check-out through Safe Entry QR Code.
Step-By-Step Procedure to Be Followed (For Waiting Customer):
1. Request the customer to wait outside our premises. 2. Request the customer to clean their hands with Hand-Sanitizer. 3. Provide the refreshment-drinks to the customer for relaxation. 4. Explain them the Safety Management procedure in detail. 5. If more customers wait outside, their phone number and name to be collected. Requesting them to come after 30minutes. 6. When the crowd becomes less in the shop, call the customer who gave the number and request them to visit immediately. Crowd Management (Facebook Appointment Booking) 1. Check with FB Admin by morning 10:30AM and collect the customer details. 2. One hour before appointment, the customer to be called and confirm their appointment time.
Ear-Piercing / Nose-Piercing for Goldsmith
1. Nose-piercing is not allowed, as it requires to remove mask. 2. Goldsmith should wear Mask & Hand-gloves when doing ear-piercing. 3. Temperature of Goldsmith to be taken and shown to customer before piercing. 4. Our goldsmith will wear mask & glove. Only one person would be allowed in that area. 5. To avoid crowd, customer would be recommended to visit 29-shop. Understood & Agreed To Follow,
