Instructions
Print and laminate the clip cards
Choose the cards you’d like the children to focus on
Place them next to a container of pegs
Clip the correct answer with a peg
Optional: Turn the cards over and place a sticker or dot behind the correct answer.

These fun CVC apple mats can be used with erasable markers or magnetic letters.

Instructions

Print on cardstock or laminate for durability. Then cut the CVC mats in half.
Choose one picture card at a time and ask the children what it is.
For each picture, the children need to sound out the individual sounds and then spell it on the CVC mat. They can use erasable markers or magnetic letters.
