Control chart are used to illustrate the stability of a process. It also helps to
study how the process change over the period of time. It helps to determine if
the manufacturing and business organization process is in under control or not.
There is a central line in the control chart for the average, upper line is for the
upper control and lower line is for the lower control limit. If there is consumed
high cost during the time of production the we can easily identified with the
help of the control chart and further helps to minimize the cost at the time of
the production.

Vision are the big of what we want to achieve whereas mission are the general statement of
how we will achieve the vision. Goals are the general statement of what needs to be
accomplished to implement a strategy whereas objective provide a milestone with a specific
timeline for achieving the goal .every business organization are established in order to
achieve their goal. All the business organization perform their working activities according to
their plans and policies. every organizations have their own structure, culture, rules and
regulations. So the organization without having vision are not able to achieve their own goal
as vision provide strong foundation for developing a comprehensive mission statement. It
addresses us about where we are going and if our track is wrong then we can know about it
easily. It also give clear understanding about what exactly business should look like. Mission
identifies the scope of the firm operations in product and market terms. It also provide a
concise statement of why the organization should exist and what is to be achieved. Objectives
represent a managerial commitment to achieve specified results in a specified period of time.
It also gives the clear information about the performance of the organization on the basis of
the quality and quantity. In order to achieve the organizational goal it should be flexible in
nature. Goals are the immediate result to be achieved by an organization after a certain
period of time. It clearly describes the activities and task to be completed by an individual, a
department and an organization
Without the help of these element the goal are not achieve easily so they are
directly interrelated with each other.

Once the risk has been identified to needs to be analyzed. Here the scope of the risk is
determined. In this step we also linked risk with the different factors within the
organization.

In this step risk should be ranked because some risk are more riskier and others may
not be . after evaluating the above risk we must go through the risk which affect the
most in the performance.
Treat the risk
After evaluating the risk next step is to take preventive measures in order to control
the risk. It is done by connecting with the experts of the field of the same risk.

Sometimes all the risk may not be eliminated so that they should be monitor again.
