Other Information: ITF rules will be followed, in case any dispute Management Committee reserve the
rights to change any of the rules / formats etc, if deemed necessary and decisions made
by the committee will be considered as final.

2. The Championship will be played under the international rules of Tennis as adopted by PTF. All matches will be
played best of three sets, with the tie break system, or alternate scoring method approved by ITF.
3. Penalty points will be awarded against a player for unsportsmanlike conduct during a match in accordance with ITF
Regulations and PTF code of conduct.
4. Contestants in Juniors’ events should present proof of their date of birth (National ID Card, “B” Form, Passport,
Birth Certificate, etc). The Technical Committee reserves the right for verification by wrist x-ray testing.
6. A player can lodge a complaint in writing with the Referee, Organizing Committee Members or the Tournament
Director within 24 hours in case of any grievance. The Protest fee is Rs. 500/- to be paid in cash at the time of
lodging the protest, failing which the protest will not be entertained.
7. The Technical Committee’s decision will be final in any matter pertaining to the tournament.
8. Punctuality is essential. All players are required to report in time. Grace time of 15 minutes will be allowed, failing
which either walk-over will be awarded or the match scratched. Players must be prepared to play at any time of the
day, and also to play more than one match in one day, if required.
9. The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any event for which sufficient entries are not received.
10. Special Children event will be supervised by Special Olympic Pakistan management and technical committee under
the rules of sports Olympic International for Individual skill competitions.
11. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any player, if his/her parents or peers do not observe
proper conduct on and off the court, or fail to cooperate with the organizing committee officials.
12. Entries are accepted on the clear understanding that competitors will umpire the matches and keep lines when
asked upon to do so. Umpires and ball boys will only be provided based on availability.
13. The championship will be organized at the ITC, the facility and the related to the championships will be
provided/organized on the basis of “as is where is” and athletes and related will have no right to object or claim any
damages related to the championships/ITC.
No decision of the organizing committee can be challenged in the press or in a court of law by any player, peer or parent/s
I agree to all terms and conditions laid down. I also agree, as a condition of my entry that no claims shall be brought against
the PTF, the Tournament Organizing Committee, Islamabad Tennis Complex and the tennis facility, with respect to any
injuries, however caused or any losses incurred, whilst traveling to and from, or participating in the above mentioned
tournament.
