WATERPROOFING WORKS

SCOPE OF WORK (SUMMARY)

ROOF WATERPROOFING WORKS CONSISTING OF

FURNISHING/PROVISION OF LABOR & MATERIALS INCLUDING TOOLS,
EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND SUPERVISION. THE
REQUIRED WORK INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITEDTO THE FOLLOWING:

SITE & SURFACE PREPARATION - Perform of ocular survey, marking and

layout work; removal of existing waterproofing system and deteriorated
sealants; upgrading and repair of deteriorated surfaces including cleaning
& re-sealing. Cleaning of roof surface to be free from any kind of dirt, dust,
grease, rust and other contaminants which might interfere with
waterproofing membrane.

INSTALLATION/APPLICATION - Installation/application of waterproofing

system and other materials in accordance with manufacturer's instruction
and recommendations.

WATER TEST - Carry out through water test on the waterproofing system
after installation to check for leaks.

RESTORATION - Restoration of all areas affected during the execution of

the work.

NOTE: Preferably, only contractors specialized in Roof Waterproofing Work

have to submit prequalification documents.

 Eastern Province – Dammam Area, Northern Area and Al-Hassa Area.

 North East Area – Al-Jouf Area.
