#VirtuallyMeetYourFLJMentor

Meet your assigned FLJ mentor online and take a screen cap of the said meeting. Then
write a reflective blog on what you learned during your mentoring engagement.

Who is your mentor?
What are the ideal characteristics do you know about your mentor?
Why did you see your mentor?
What did you learn from your mentor?
How will this help you with your goal?

I didn’t have a chance to meet my mentor here in FLJ but I do have a person in life that I can
look up to and saw it as a mentor. There’s a life mentor that I really look up to and what struck me the
most is he’s ability to inspire people thru his own motivating words. Telling real life stories and
experiences and giving advice to people who struggle in life and always had a doubt on themselves is
what he want to meet and give some word of wisdoms. His name is Tony Robbins who is a motivational
speaker, a book author, coach and Philanthropist. What are his ideal characteristics? Strong-willed,
Motivated, Believer, God-Fearing, Knowledgeable. These are his characteristic that help him rise thru
above and took him in to the fame. Why did I see my mentor? I did not saw Tony Robbins in real I only
saw him in YouTube and Netflix inspiring people trusted by the people who paid visit to him bought
ticket for his tour giving some words of wisdom, changing people lives. The reason I watched him on
Netflix and YouTube is I want to gain some motivation and I want to know what I will do if I do this
particular thing or whatsoever. There’s some point in my life hat I feel demotivated and I needed
someone to lean on, someone to who would satisfy my “what if” in life. I always wonder what my real
purpose in this world is really. I’m always confused about things that going in my life and I needed some
word of wisdom, words of motivation, someone I can relate on and when I saw one of Tony Robbins
video in YouTube I admired and amazed by him the way how he handled the questioned that thrown to
him, The way he handled crucial story of people and the way how he delivered what he truly want to say
to you as a person that seems to be in an experienced that you had been through. What did I learn from
my mentor? I learn how to be grateful in life. We as a human being now with healthy body and sufficient
food to eat daily had a house and studying in a good school belong in below fifty per cent people who
are lucky to have those basic things needed in our life. Had you wondered how about those other per
cent who had no sufficient water or food? No house to stay on when the weather is bad. Those people
who have no education or no money to support their education what Tony Robbins said in his one of his
videos is that we are so lucky to have those basic things needed in life. So what we needed is to
appreciate and be grateful that we had those kinds of things that for us is small things and we naturally
had but for others takes gallons of sweat to achieve those things. How will this me with my goal?
Knowing my goal is important and what I want to is to be a successful accountant and will take the
certain per cent of my salary to establish a foundation that will focus to those people in deep need.
Those people who don’t have water to drink, food to eat, and house to stay on. Whatever we aspire to
be. Don’t forget to be kind.
