PETITIONER, unto this Honorable Office respectfully states:

1. That the Petitioner Ernesto B. Delos Reyes is of legal age,

Filipino, married, and a resident of 155 J.P. Rizal Avenue,
Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City;

1. That Petitioner is the owner of parcels of land situated in

Tagaytay City covered by Transfer Certificate Titles: TCT No.
T-170501; TCT No. T-17502; TCT No. T-9471; TCT No. T-9742;
and TCT No. T-12015;

2. That the plaintiff in the Civil Case No. TG-1808: Tagaytay City,
represented by: Hon. Atty, Francis N. Tolentino vs. Spouses
Ernesto Delos Reyes and Milagros Delos Reyes caused the
 annotation or registration of the Notice of Lis Pendens on the said
titles;

3. That the aforementioned civil case has been dismissed and has
already attained finality as evidenced by the Resolution and/or
Order issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 18 of Tagaytay
City and Certificate of Finality hereby attached as Annexes “A”
and “B” respectively.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed that the Notice of Lis Pendens appearing on TCT No. T-
170501; TCT No. T-17502; TCT No. T-9471; TCT No. T-9742; and
TCT No. T-12015 covering the above-stated property be ordered
cancelled.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
