Om Swastiastu
Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb.
The Honorable Mrs. Diah , as our teacher,
Ladies and Gentleman,
The first of all, let us convey our gratitude and praise to God, because he has gave us health,
opportunity, and happiness so that we feel very happy and healthy today. Without mercy, it is
quite impossible for us to enjoy our life and come to this forum today. Now, please allow me to
stand in this forum to give a speech as representative of my friends to say a few words in this
forum, entitle “Kidney Stone”
Kidney stones are mineral clots in urine which gradually become solids. These clots can be
as big as a ping pong ball or as small as a grain of sand. The presence of minerals in urine is not
a dangerous thing. In fact, most of the minerals that pass through the kidneys go undetected and
pose no harm. However, when there is a large change in the natural chemical composition of
urine, dangerous kidney stones can form.
Any change in the urine / urine pH balance can lead to the formation of kidney stones.
Although there are several types of kidney stones, calcium build up is the type most often found.
This is because calcium is very difficult to break down. The causes of kidney stone formation are
as follows: Insufficient water intake, Special medical conditions, Hormonal imbalance, and
Genetic.
Preventing kidney stone formation can be obtained by a healthy lifestyle. Start by drinking at
least one liter of water a day. Changing your diet so that it doesn't affect the natural balance of
urine also has an effect. When water intake has been increased and a healthy diet has failed to
prevent kidney stone formation, the urologist may prescribe nonsteroidal drugs and pain relievers
if needed. Usually, treatment is prescribed for those who have medical conditions that trigger the
formation of kidney stones. Some risk factors for diseases such as gout, or in some cases,
hormonal imbalances caused by a damaged thyroid gland.
Hopefully this description can make all of us aware that maintainig health is important and
arouse our enthusiasm to start loving ourselves. Sorry if there are words that are not pleasing. I
would like to express my gratitude
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti, Om
Wassalamu alaikum wr. wb.
