SIMULATOR & EXAM at FMU TRAINING CENTER, JAKARTA

TRAINING DURING COVID-19
During COVID-19 pandemic, we will conduct the program within 5-6 days

(depending on class size), including 3 days theory (available in virtual or

classroom), 1-2 days classroom simulator practice & exam, and 1 day classroom

written exam

Virtual Training can only be taken by participants who already have a WellSHARP

certificate before. New participants are required to take full classroom course.

The virtual training is LIVE and instructor-led, using  platform

We will ensure to have a good quality virtual training, therefore we will provide:

Online exercise (ready before training)

Assistance and consultation via email, voice call, and video call

SAFETY GUIDANCE for SIMULATOR PRACTICE &

CLASSROOM EXAM

Maximum 6 participants in one class

Free rapid test will be conducted by FMU before face-to-face meeting

Rapid test can be skipped if participant can show rapid/swab test result that

was taken within 7 days

Seating arrangement during face-to-face meeting will be set 2 meters apart

from each participants

Everyone entering the Training Center will have temperature checked. Only

people with temperature maximum 37.3 C is allowed to enter Training Center

Everyone is required to use face mask

Hand sanitizer will be provided in/out of class

Training rooms & facilities are always disinfected every 3 hours
