CHAPTER 1
Introduction

Purpose of the Study

Nowadays many people have a lack of sleep, and stressed at work or online/modular schooling which
causes aging on the face and having dead skin. And because of today's pandemic it will be difficult
for us to buy or avail a mask so we thought of making a white rice mask with all the ingredients only
visible at your home. To prevent it from getting worse, we thought of a pure organic -mask that
would help with the problem. It can easily afford to make this beauty product even if you are at home
easy to find its ingredients in your kitchen. This product does not contain chemical ingredients, and
we think it is safer to use. Compared to what we can buy other products containing chemical
ingredients instead of using trendy beauty products like rejuvenating and sticky masks which are
expensive but can cause irritation and having pores that can be penetrated by infection and dirt.
Why don't we just try to make our own without having to leave your home and spend a lot of money
for an expensive beauty product.

We have four(4) main ingredients that will be used in the product which are rice, flaxseed, aloe vera
and green herbal tea.Rice is an antioxidant that helps to slow down the aging process that can affect
the skin and delays the formation of wrinkles. Flaxseed also has an antioxidant benefit that will
protect the skin from UV rays and free radicals, it also helps the skin to be smooth and hydrated
while lignan helps to reconstruct skin cells. Green herbal tea is an effective treatment for oily skin
and acne because it helps to remove sebum secretion that causes acne. Aloe vera, on the other hand,
has many benefits for the skin, it has vitamins C and E even if it removes cuts or burns, which is a
big help to our skin, it helps soothe sunburn, reduces infection and acne, it helps it moisturizes, fights
skin-aging, it boosts skin cell reproduction and removes redness.

And if other ingredients are not available in your home. Don't worry because we have alternative
ingredients for that. Like calamansi, cucumber and also tomatoes. Calamansi is also good for our
skin because it contains strong acid content, the fruit can eliminate those dark marks, age spots, acne
scars, and blemishes on your face or your body. It's a good source of antioxidants and it is a natural
exfoliator. Cucumbers have anti-inflammatory properties, plus they’re loaded with antioxidants and
nutrients like vitamin C and folic acid, making them an excellent ingredient. Tomatoes are healthy,
after all. They contain antioxidants and vitamin C, which may help strengthen your immune system.
They’re also a dietary source of potassium vitamin A vitamin B magnesium.

The researchers' goals in conducting the analysis are as follows:

●To make an affordable beauty product
●To use rice and other herbal plants to our skin
●To save money and skin irritation

Statement of the Problem

still there.

Specific problem:
The effects of Homemade Anti-aging mask or the benefits of it in terms of:
1.1 Prevention from having dry skin
1.2 Prevention from having skin infection
1.3 From having an smooth and hydrated skin
1.4 To fasten the healing of scars and dark spots
What are the ways to do the homemade Anti-aging mask in terms of:
1.1 Materials
1.2 Ingredients
What are the alternative ways or ingredients if they lack ingredients or materials?

Scope and Delimitation

The study covers the process of making homemade anti-aging mask especially now that the pandemic is
there many people cannot afford to spend a lot of money and go outside, to prevent some bacteria that
causes skin problem, and to maintain the fresh skin even you’re stressed or irritated because of the School
work or etc. The researchers considered the limits of ingredients, materials, and the range of time that the
researchers can consume to make a product. Since the researchers are still gathering information and
materials to make the product. This study covers 3 weeks to a month of preparation to do. The researchers
are also considering the range of the age of volunteers who are 15-20 years old to test how effective the
product is against the product with chemicals.
CHAPTER 2
Background Of The Study

Related Studies
In the Western world, skin sensitivity is a common problem linked to changes in skin properties such as
barrier structure, hydration, and physiology. Dietary fatty acids (FA), especially polyunsaturated fatty
acids (PUFA), can affect the properties of the skin. The aim of this study was to see how supplementing
with flaxseed oil, aloe vera, rice, and green tea on a regular basis affected healthy volunteers with
sensitive skin. Flaxseeds and aloe vera were purchased at a flower shop. It was simple to prepare because
the materials required were simple.
The researchers start by boiling the rice for 5 minutes. As we waited for the flaxseeds to boil for 1
minute next to the rice, we scooped the gel out of the aloe vera and collected tea bags. After the
boiling was completed, we mixed these four ingredients in one bowl and stirred until we achieved
the desired texture. To improve the texture of the extracts, the researchers chilled it for 24 hours.
One of the researchers put the substance to the test by applying the gel to the face and leaving it
on for several hours. Use it at night to get the best results and let it absorb into your skin until
morning.
If one of the ingredients is absent, you can alternate it with the calamansi, tomato and cucumber.
Use blender to disintegrate by bits both tomatoes and cucumber. Sliced the calamansi into half,
carefully remove the seeds and squeeze out its juices out, once it is done place it together with the
crushed tomato and cucumber then blend it together, just leave it for a while until you’re done
with boiling the other ingredients that you have.
A randomized clinical trial for each research product was conducted, as well as an experience trial
involving more than 50 participants and a strategic mix of products. A day and night face cream, an eye
cream, a day and night lip cream, and a day and night lip cream were among the items tested.
These 3 existing products help us make our own capstone product by giving us knowledge of its benefits:
Japanese Anti-Aging secret facemask. This DIY secret Japanese facial mask promises to eliminate
wrinkles in one week using rice, flaxseed gel, and vitamin E. Rice & Green Tea mask for skin
imperfection, Rice is one of the best things you can use to fade skin imperfections and get a bright, even
complexion. Especially when you mix it with another restoring, soothing and healing ingredient, such as
green tea. Brightening face mask with rice, aloe vera & grinded orange peel, rice face masks brighten
the skin, the addition of aloe vera gel and orange peel powder amplifies the effect. Furthermore, this mask
hydrates, rejuvenates, and regenerates the skin. Aloe vera is a natural healing agent that hydrates the skin,
replenishes it with antioxidants, and repairs skin damage. Orange peel powder exfoliates the skin's dry
layer, lightens the complexion, and helps the skin look brighter, younger, and more radiant.

Related Theories
Flaxseed was first brought to the United States by colonists, who used it to make clothing fabric (Laux
2011). It is one of the world's oldest crops, having been grown since the dawn of civilization (Laux 2011).
Linum usitatissimum is the Latin word for flaxseed, which means "very useful.". It has the ability to
absorb water, which keeps you hydrated and helps your skin retain moisture. Flaxseeds are high in
lignans and antioxidants, which help to avoid wrinkles and fine lines on the face. Flaxseeds also contain
fatty acids that keep the skin moisturized and smooth. The stem produces high-quality fibers that are both
strong and long-lasting. Flaxseeds have an intrinsic quality that helps to keep the skin tight and reduce
sagging as we age.
For decades, the Aloe vera plant has been known and used for its nutritional, beauty, medicinal,
and skin care benefits. The name Aloe vera comes from the Arabic word "Alloeh," which means
"shining bitter substance," and "vera," which means "true" in Latin. Aloe vera was known as the
ultimate panacea by Greek scientists 2000 years ago. Aloe was known as "the herb of
immortality" by the Egyptians. Aloe promotes the development of collagen and elastin fibers in
the skin, making it more elastic and wrinkle-free. It also has a cohesive effect on the superficial
flaking epidermal cells, which softens the skin by sticking them together. Amino acids soften
hardened skin cells, while zinc works as an astringent to close pores. Its moisturizing properties
have also been studied in the treatment of dry skin caused by occupational exposure, with aloe
vera gel gloves enhancing skin integrity, reducing fine wrinkle appearance, and reducing
erythema.
Rice was prepared, physicochemically characterized, and antioxidant activity and anti-aging effects were
tested in vitro. According to a 2013 theory by Trusted Source, rice can help reduce sun damage to the
skin. Rice boosts collagen production in the skin, which keeps it supple and prevents wrinkles. Rice tends
to have natural sun protection properties as well. According to a 2001 study, Inositol can help to reduce
wrinkles. For 7 weeks, the researchers tested a moisturizer containing 1–2% inositol on females of
various ages. The researchers reported that inositol decreased wrinkle size by 12.4% and improved
elasticity by 17% at the end of the trial. It's worth noting, however, that both of these studies were limited,
and the latter did not measure rice specifically. Because of its antioxidant properties, other studies have
found good support for the anti-aging benefits of fermented rice.
Green tea is a botanical derived from the leaves and buds of the tea plant Camellia sinensis.
According to Kim’s theory, Green tea's active ingredients are polyphenols, which are thought to
support the skin due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. The best-studied catechin,
epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), is used both orally and topically for its many possible health
benefits. It is a bit of an overachiever, is available in a broad variety of formulations, including
cleansers, serums, moisturizers, and masks, and is both protective and corrective. In mouse skin,
these green tea polyphenols were found to provide protection against chemical and
photocarcinogenesis. Green tea polyphenols have been shown in studies to have anti-
inflammatory and anticarcinogenic effects. Green tea polyphenols were discovered to protect
mouse skin from both chemical and photocarcinogenesis. Green tea polyphenols have anti-
inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic effects, according to published research.
ALTERNATIVE INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes, Solanum lycopersicum L. (Solanaceae), are a vegetable that originated in the Andes of South
America and are now grown all over the world. They all work together with their sidekick, beta-carotene,
to neutralize harmful free radicals. Having a dull complexion. Freckles, to be precise. Discoloration of the
skin. Hyperpigmentation is a condition in which a person's skin becomes Spots of old age. Body that is
parched. SKINFOOD harnesses the strength of all of our super-tomatoes to combat all of these common
skin issues. Melanin development is inhibited by a mixture of antioxidants and vitamins found in tomato
extracts. Melanin is the pigment that causes skin discoloration and pigmentation. Our Tomato Brightening
line is designed to balance out skin tones and brighten your overall appearance. Tomato growth
visualization can be used in 3D video games and interactive gardens. A visual system is built based on the
growth principle, which includes the respiration theory, photosynthesis, and dry matter partition. The
tomato growth visual simulation system is light and temperature based, and it displays realistic visual
effects in terms of continuous growth, texture map, gravity control, and collision detection. In addition,
real-time updates and outputs of virtual tomato plant information such as plant height, leaf area index,
fruit weight, and dry matter are possible.
Cucumbers, a fruit in the cucurbitaceae family, have been shown in epidemiological and
nutritional studies to have various internal, external, and even emotional benefits. Cucumbers,
simply put, do more than hydrate; they also include additional elements that your body requires to
fortify and regenerate itself. Cucumbers, for example, contain Rutin and ascorbic acid oxidase,
which act as free radical scavengers, which is just one mechanism that helps to protect against
skin damage. Cucumbers also have known photoprotective properties and have an SPF of 0.2 on
their own, according to some reports. Recent studies have also shown that topical creams
containing cucumber extract significantly reduced melanin and skin sebum, resulting in skin
whitening and anti-acne results. Although the exact mechanism by which the cucumber
accomplishes this is unknown, further research into its uses and components can aid in our
understanding of the mechanisms at work.
Calamansi, also known as Citrfortunella microcarpa or calamondin, is a citrus fruit tree native to the
Philippines. Aromatic, antiseptic, antiphlogistic, carminative, deodorant, and refrigerant are some of the
properties of this plant. Antimicrobial, antianxiety, antidepressant, hepatoprotective, expectorant, and
antioxidant properties have been discovered in studies (Straut Jr., 2016). Two main mechanisms that lead
to cancer progression are angiogenesis, or the formation of blood vessels, and oxidation, or the radical
transformation of cellular substances. As a result, a study that looked at the antiangiogenic and
antioxidant properties of different concentrations of calamansi (citrusmicrocarpa) ethanolic peel extract
found that it can reduce the number of blood vessels that can lead to cancer progression and has a stronger
antioxidant effect than ascorbic acid (Anonymous, 2016). Calamansi is one of the tiniest and most
affordable fruits on the market.

Related Literature
The anti-aging industry and aging in general have spawned a large academic body of information. This
literature review aims to better understand historical and current perspectives on aging, as well as to
examine how antiaging and the fountain of youth have become a central value in the Philippines. The
disparity between age and aging, the media's negative depiction of aging, the belief that aging is
associated with illness, ageism, aging pressures for women, anti-aging product use, beauty work, and
cosmeceuticals will all be covered in this overview of the literature. Aspects of beauty such as skin health
are crucial. To achieve this goal, researchers are attempting to develop novel methods and materials. To
preserve good skin health, facial cosmetics keep the skin moist and extract sebum. Healthy skin is
achieved by using cosmetics that are appropriate for the facial skin form. The most commonly used
beauty items for skin rejuvenation are facial masks. Moisturizing, washing, toning, exfoliating, waxy, and
mud masks are among the many styles of rinseable masks available. Waxymasks are commonly used on
dry skin to monitor epidermal hydration and limit transepidermal water loss, but the researchers were
going to use different ingredients which are green tea, rice, aloe vera and flaxseeds. Skin appearance is
influenced by the water content balance between the stratum corneum and the skin sur-face lipid. Because
of their ability to maintain moisture and natural organic sources, polyherbal for-mulations are very
promising in this regard. Moisturizers can also include synthetic materials, although they have some
disadvantages.

To confirm the efficacy of Aloe vera gel in pharmacological studies, a manual and electronic literature
search (MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, and Google Scholar) was conducted
up to July 2013 for in vitro and in vivo studies and research presenting clinical, microbiological,
immunological, and patient-centered evidence. Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral,
and antitumor properties, all of which help to speed up wound healing.
● Active Ingredient of Aloe vera
Vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, anthraquinones or phenolic compounds,
lignin, saponins, sterols, amino acids, and salicylic acid are among the active ingredients
contained in the inner gel.
● Biological & Pharmacological Actions of Aloe vera Gel
1.) Skin Hydration Effect
It was suggested that higher concentrations of Aloe vera gel (0.25 percent w/w and 0.5 percent
w/w) increased skin hydration, likely through a humectant mechanism.
2.) Anti-Inflammatory Effects
Furthermore, the peptidase bradykinase was isolated from Aloe and shown to degrade bradykinin,
a pain-inducing inflammatory substance.
3.) Antibacterial Property
Aloe vera gel has been shown to suppress the bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes and Streptococcus
faecalis. In a monolayer culture, aloe vera gel was bactericidal against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,
while acemannan prevented it from adhering to human lung epithelial cells.
4.) Antioxidant Property
Aloe vera contains a lot of antioxidants. Aloe vera gel contains glutathione peroxide production,
superoxide dismutase enzymes, and a phenolic antioxidant, which may be responsible for the
antioxidant impact.

Flaxseeds have the ability to absorb water, which keeps you hydrated and helps your skin retain
moisture. Flaxseed consumption of two tablespoons a day tends to minimize acne, even skin
tones, and encourage a healthy glow. Their anti-inflammatory properties also protect your skin
from damage and encourage hair growth. Your body recovers more quickly, resulting in less
rashes and acne. Flaxseeds are also rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals, all of which help to
minimize fine lines and wrinkles. Staying hydrated is important for natural beauty, and flaxseed
can help you achieve your hydration goals with ease. Flaxseed consumption has risen in recent
years as a result of its potential health benefits. However, given the effects of lignans in men and
pregnant women, as well as the presence of other phytochemicals and toxic factors with negative
health effects in the seed, chronic consumption could pose a risk. These beneficial results lead to
the conclusion that flaxseed is a nutrient that can be used in health-care strategies. While it has a
vitamin and mineral profile comparable to grains, it contains more nutrition, antioxidants, and
safe omega-3 fatty acids. When you add in the fact that it's low in carbohydrates, you've got
yourself a perfect meal for people who are trying to cut down on sugar and starches. Flaxseed has
shown possible benefits in preliminary research when taken internally. We now know that
flaxseed is an excellent addition to skin care formulations, owing to its high content of fatty acids.

The antioxidant content of green tea is crucial to its skin-protective properties. "The components
of green tea are the most potent antioxidants known to mankind," Mukhtar says. "Antioxidants
are substances that can neutralize the effects of free radicals." Free radicals, also known as
oxidant radicals, are byproducts of the body that can damage cells and tissues. Antioxidants bind
to free radicals and deactivate them before they can do any harm. Catechins make up the majority
of the polyphenols in green tea. Catechins, which are naturally antioxidants, have also been
shown to have anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. One of green tea's main catechins has
been shown to be the most effective agent against skin inflammation and cancerous changes. For
thousands of years, the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) has been cultivated in Asia. This famous
beverage is now consumed by more than two-thirds of the world's population. However, black tea
is consumed by the majority of the world's tea drinkers (78%) while green tea is consumed by just
20%. 14 China is the world's second-largest tea manufacturer, but it is the world's largest green
tea producer and customer. The processing of the tea leaves does not require any kind of
fermentation, which makes green tea production special.

Rice's skin-healing properties have been known for decades. Rice (Oryza sativa) water is a
byproduct of the food processing industry that could be used in cosmetic formulations. Rice water
was tested for physicochemical composition, in vitrobiological antioxidant function, and
elastaseinhibitory impact in vitro. Rice water was mixed into a hydrogel, and the finished product
was put through pharmacotechnical tests including pH and viscosity. The quest for new bioactive
compounds to prevent skin aging has accelerated in recent years. Simultaneously, there is a
growing concern in the cosmetics industry for products of natural origin, preferably from organic
farming. Rice water is a safe, cost-effective, and easy-to-use ingredient that can be used in
skincare products. It can be made from various varieties of rice found in the human diet, as well
as rice residues from the rice industry, as a way to turn it into a high-value commodity. Rice is a
staple food in many countries, where it has become a part of people's diets and beauty routines. It
contains vitamins B, C, and E, as well as minerals and essential amino acids, all of which help to
maintain overall health and beauty. Rice water is the milky white solution that results from
soaking or boiling rice. To get the best out of it, it can be distilled, diluted, or fermented. It is high
in nutrients that are beneficial to your skin and hair. This is a simple recipe that you can make at
home and incorporate into your everyday skin and hair care routine.

Tomatoes are high in lycopene, an antioxidant that has a range of health benefits, including
lowering the risk of heart disease and cancer. Lycopene is a red pigment that gives tomatoes their
distinctive color and protects the body from free radicals. Tomatoes are also high in vitamin A,
vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, and folate, among other nutrients. Tomatoes are healthy for
your skin because they contain a high percentage of nutrients. When you apply tomato to your
face, it brightens and hydrates your skin while also reducing pigmentation, dullness, and dark
spots. Tomato juice's acidity helps acne because tomato pulp is antibacterial and antifungal. As a
result, adding tomato to oily skin is beneficial. Since tomatoes are acidic, applying tomato juice
to the face removes excess oil and dirt from the skin, preventing the formation of blackheads.
Rubbing a tomato on your face every day helps to shrink pores and give you a more even skin
tone. Tomatoes' high antioxidant content also aids in the fading of fine lines and wrinkles, giving
skin an anti-aging impact. Other tomato skin benefits include stimulating collagen and elastin
production, preserving skin elasticity, and leaving skin smooth and wrinkle-free. Tomatoes
contain vitamins that help to heal sunburned skin by regenerating dead skin cells.

Citrofortunella microcarpa(Calamansi) is commonly used externally on the skin in Southeast

Asian cultures. The fruit's high acid content will help you get rid of dark stains, age spots, acne
scars, and blemishes on your face and body. It's a natural exfoliator and a decent source of
antioxidants. This means it can help to rejuvenate skin cells, brighten the tone, and reduce the
appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Calamansi has many skin care advantages in addition to its
health benefits. Calamansi was widely used in homemade beauty remedies before skin care
products were widely available. It's such a versatile fruit that it can be used in skin care items like
body scrubs and creams. Calamansi is extremely high in vitamin C, which has many skin
benefits. Vitamin C inhibits melanin synthesis in the skin's outer layers, lightening and
brightening the skin. Vitamin C is often used by local and foreign brands to reduce
hyperpigmentation, fade dark spots, and brighten the complexion.

Cucumbers are high in antioxidants and nutrients including vitamin C and folic acid, and they
have anti-inflammatory effects. Cucumbers have been shown to minimize skin swelling and
puffiness, according to researchers. Acne breakouts are caused by clogged pores caused by oily
skin and dead skin cells. Cucumbers' cooling and anti-inflammatory properties can help to
alleviate the discomfort, redness, and inflammation associated with sunburns, insect bites, and
rashes. Cucumbers contain 96% water. Though water alone isn't enough to keep your skin
hydrated, cucumber juice can be combined with other hydrating ingredients like aloe vera to
hydrate and soothe your skin. Cucumber is one of the most nutrient-dense, refreshing, and
cooling vegetables available. Its high water content aids in the regulation of the body's water
balance and is highly recommended for good health. Cucumber, with its cooling properties, has
long been used to soothe and calm irritation in skin care products, especially those formulated for
sensitive and dry skin. Cucumber has skin-repairing properties and can be used to treat blemishes
and dark spots in addition to relaxing and calming the skin. Cucumber's anti-inflammatory
properties soothe your skin at the deepest level, allowing blemishes to disappear.

Dehydration, penetration of different microorganisms, allergens, irritants, reactive oxygen

species, and radiation are all protected by a healthy and functioning skin barrier. It is possible to
modify the skin barrier to enable penetration. As a result, regular skin care will improve skin
healing, elasticity, and smoothness, changing the skin's condition temporarily. Despite the fact
that age and antiaging are connected, there is a distinct difference between the two. Aging is
described as "a verb and a noun that refers to both a process and a collection of categories."
Aging refers to some aspects of the progression of social and biological transition over time”
(Vincent, 2006, p. 682). Someone's biological age and their current physical age may vary
significantly, and their external appearance may not reflect their biological age.
CHAPTER 3
Test and Evaluation
Materials
The researchers used the following instruments and apparatus to conduct the research on the Homemade
Anti-Aging White Rice Mask.

1. Ingredients - The researchers used rice, ground/whole

flaxseeds, aloe vera gel/raw plant, and green tea, which
are all necessary for the study.
2. Saucepan - Researchers used a saucepan to boil and
cook our ingredients.
3. Spoon - It is used to mix and scoop the measure of
ingredients.
4. Small plastic cup - This is used for filling water and it
can be used to measure some ingredients too.
5. Small container - Container is used for placing the
homemade product

5. Strainer

The researchers used strainer to separate the

ingredients solid from a liquid.

6. Blender

Blender is used for crushing solid ingredients to

make it cream.

Steps / Procedure
To complete the analysis, the researchers used the following method.

1. The researchers washed a half cup of rice in the saucepan 1x

until the liquid became fully white.

2. With a glass of cup, they carefully separated the rice water from
the saucepan using the strainer. They set it aside to cool until it's
been filled. They retain it in order to remove the extract.

3. The researchers fill the saucepan with 2 cups of water, bring it to

a low heat, and then leave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds. They
began stirring the rice for 10 minutes while it was still boiling until
they noticed it had cooked.

4. The researchers placed it in the container when they noticed the

rice became porridge-like. They set it aside to let it cool off.
5. The researchers washed and used the same pan with a 3 spoon
of flaxseed and 1 & half cup of water to boil it with low heat in 1
minutes.

6. When the researchers noticed the bubbles, they began stirring

the liquid for 5-8 minutes while it was still boiling, until it gelled
or condensed.

7. They separate the gel and flaxseeds by using the strainer and a
bowl.

8. They Stir it until the gel comes out of the holes of the strainer.

9. Once they took all the gel out of the flaxseed, they set it aside
and they let it cool off.
10. The researchers place the remaining flaxseeds into the
container and they keep it just in case they need to make more.

11. For the green tea extract, they cleaned and reused the same
pan. They add 3 small cups of water to the saucepan. They brought
it to a boil first, then added two green tea bags to the boiling water.

12. They stir it for 5 minutes while it is boiling.

13. The green tea extract was obtained after the researchers filtered
it with a strainer.

14. The researchers mix the rice water extract and green tea extract
in the same pan and cook it for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.

They set it in the container when it was done.

15. They crushed the cooked rice with a blender or other blending
equipment until it became a cream.

16. The researchers scooped 3-5 spoons of rice cream into a bowl
and mixed it with 3 spoons of flaxseed gel.

17. After they mixed the two ingredients, the researchers put 1 bag
of green tea with the cream.

18. The researchers mixed it with the 5 spoons of extract right after
stirring it, then cautiously stirred it again.

19. The gel of aloe vera was extracted from its rind / cuticle by the
researchers. Any aloe vera is fine as long as it’s 98%.
20. The aloe vera gel was nicely separated using a blender.

21. In a bowl, the researcher mixed the 2 spoons of blended aloe

vera with the cream and stirred it carefully.

22. Afterwards, the cream mask was obtained and put in the
container by the researchers.

23. The researchers began their investigation.

24. They applied a layer of the cream mask on the face.

25. They let it sit for 1 hour, and some even rest it overnight.

27. The researchers then awaited the outcome of the experiment.
