Carlos: Hello everyone, my name is Carlos, and today we are presenting in the CNN NEWS, your trusted channel in which you can be informed about
everything in the world. Today we are talking about shopping scam in the internet websites, specifically in Amazon, we are going to talk with two people,
German and Daniel, victims of shopping scam in the internet. We are starting with German, a victim of a scam.

Carlos: Hello German, can you hear me?

German: Hello Carlos, I can hear you very well
Carlos, Okay, so let’s start, can you tell us your story with the shopping scam?
German: Well, today I feel very angry and sad. I was the victim of a fraud. On December 15 I was at home, so I was looking for a good website to buy a
physical video game, I thought I had found the Amazon site. I looked at several affordable games and decided to buy one. The person who sold it told me it
would arrive in a week, but was so happy it didn't arrive after two weeks. I paid so much that I started to panic. I immediately tried to contact the buyer at
work, but it was a waste of time. They did not give me a solution, instead I did not buy it from the Amazon website, it seemed like a crazy argument that
annoyed me, so I told them that I went back to check a site called AMAZON VIP to prove that I did not. like don't lie. But I didn't find it and realized it was
wrong. It is not an official Amazon site, so I said to myself: "They are stealing my money and they are not paying me." From that day on I was very cautious
and cautious when buying from the online store.
Carlos: With all this, and the experience you told us, what do you think people can do to avoid these things?
German: I recommend to the people that they verify if the page in which they will buy is trustworthy and have good reviews from other users.

Daniel: Yes, I can hear you.
Carlos: Okay Daniel, so tell us your story please.
Daniel: On May 1th I bought a brand-new laptop with a price of $ 268.20 on the Amazon official page. I called to the Amazon company and they told me that
the product would arrive in two to three days, so the time passed and the article arrived, for my bad luck it didn´t work at all, it was damaged. So, I decided
to call again to the company and I asked to get my money back but they told me it wasn't their fault, now I´m really angry because the damaged wasn't my
fault either.
Carlos: I’m so sorry about that Daniel, be careful next time.
Carlos: We can see that the online shopping site “Amazon” has been doing a lot of scam and sending their products in a poor condition. They said that they
work every day on improving that and find alternative solutions for these problems, they keep the people hoping that in the future things will get better, but
who knows, I think they must be more careful when it’s about their products because their reputation will get low if they keep these problems.
