required for Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Water and Waste Treatment Plants,

6. WARRANTY

a. Warranty of construction and functioning

➢ We Warrantee our material against all defect of construction during 24 months after the unit has
been brought into service, barring the event of severe upset process conditions or the need for
any routine maintenance operations. This Warrantee will be valid no longer than 31 months after
the delivery date.

➢ During this time, RAVI INDUSTRIES responsibility will be limited to the repair or replacement of
elements of construction admitted defective.

b. Warranty of realisation

➢ The vessels will be carried out upon the specifications, information described in the technical
description.

c. Packing, Dimensions and Weight

➢ At this stage of the project, the packing list has not been realized yet. Packing list will be
provided later.

7. QUALITY ASSURANCE

8. LIABILITY

Ravi Industries India and the persons employed by Ravi Industries in the performance of its obligation are
liable for damage claims resulting from culpable breach of essential contractual obligations and from
actionable tort. The extent of those liability claims is stipulated in the "General Conditions of Sale" of Ravi
Industries. In any event Ravi Industries’ aggregate liability shall be limited to an amount equal to 20% or
order volume unless the damage was intentionally.
