Problem Statement
The 21st century is said to be the century of inventions, the century of development
In our daily life we face difficulty in performing different domestic tasks .Especially for working
community, it is difficult to take time for tasks other than your busy schedule. Suppose, if your car
breaks down at a desolate area, if your kitchen pipe is busted, if you are getting late for office and
you have to clean your house, what will you do?
Existing system
If we take a look of existing systems that does not provide multiple kinds of services in one system.
You have to look for a different kind of system to perform your domestic work done.
 They don’t track the status of employee (booking),
 Don’t provide the recommendations
 They don’t work on facet searching.
In Pakistan, few services related to domestic work, are provided and most unsatisfactory part is that
they don’t provide multiple services in single system. System has no information about the employee
so people usually don’t trust and back off.
Solution
So Service Hub is there for people as the most convenient and hassle-free way to get your household
work done. With well trained and background verified professionals, we make sure that all your
housekeeping, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, vehicle care and other needs are taken care of.
With Service Hub System

 Track status of your booking
 Schedule the booking
 Get recommendations and notifications
 Cancel booking
 Deactivate your account if you don’t want to use any more
 Manage the profile by changing or resetting the password or by updating the profile picture.
 Customers can provide feedback of their experience
 Users and customers will get the membership and discounts based on their usage and
reviews.
Objectives
We have handcrafted the system to make your booking a delightful experience.
Our ultimate goal is to develop a system that will facilitate the user in a way where they can pre-book
an employee, pick the employee based on its rating or categorized feature e.g. users can choose an
employee that will service them in low economic rates, rate the employee and based on the low
rating of relevant employee, the account will be deleted. The system will provide the following
services:
 Platform for jobless people
 Saves time
 Low economic rates
 Workers reach in least time
 Interactive interfaces
 Guidelines for proceeding
 Scheduling (Pre-booking)
 Real time tracking

Analysis Results:
 According to the analysis we have correctly identified the target customers and target market.

 A wide range of people of almost 100 % would like to use system “Service Hub”.

 According to analysis it is identified that 72% of the people encounter themselves with
service problems.

 People are not satisfied with current systems and 0% of the people use such apps.

 According to the survey people (82.2 %) are not offered with affordable rates for the services
even most of the staff don’t even arrive on the particular location on exact time.
