Grolier donates books to MNHS

With the vision, “To reach and inspire every child to read more, learn more, understand
themselves better and ultimately live better lives”, Grolier International, Inc donated books worth
fifteen thousand pesos (Php 15, 000) to Miputak National High School, in partnership with the
Department of Education – Dipolog City Division last May 12, 2021 during the Ceremionial Turn-Over of
Book Donations at the MNHS’ Office of the Principal.

The said ceremonial turn-over of book donations was participated and witnessed by MNHS’
Principal, Mr. Dexter A. Elumba along with the teachers who were on their skeleton workforce schedule,
personnel from the Office of the DepEd Dipolog City Division, Mr. Reynald Kyamko, Education Specialist
II and Mr. Crispo Gahisan, Senior Education Program Specialist for Social and Mobilization, and
representatives from Grolier International, Inc., headed by its team leader, Mr. Castolo Paez.

During the ceremony trivias were also given and won by Miss Eva Eucogco, a Grade 9 Math
Teacher. Signing of deed of donation and deed of acceptance and photo opportunity then followed
respectively.
