RE: Classroom-Based Literary Costume Display

1. The English Language Society of our school has planned for an event called
Classroom-Based Literary Costume Display in lieu of the English Month
Celebration.
2. Classroom-Based Literary Costume Display is an event wherein ALL STUDENTS
can participate by wearing any literary costume of their choice.
3. The event will run for a day, February 27, 2023, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
4. Teachers are ENCOURAGED to join the event.
5. Prizes in a form of plaque will be given to winning students and grade levels:

Grade Level Awards

a. Most Competitive Grade Level
b. Most Organized Grade Level
c. Most Cheerful Grade Level

Individual Awards
a. Best Costume – Female Category (Grades 7-10)
b. Best Costume – Male Category (Grades 7 – 10)
c. Overall Best Costume – Female Category
d. Overall Best Costume – Male Category
e. Best Costume – Female Teacher Category
f. Best Costume – Male Teacher Category

6. Awarding will be set after the last period in the afternoon, which will be done
room by room.

A meeting will be initiated together with the English Language Society Officers at the
Grade 9 – Yellowfin classroom today, at 4:00 in the afternoon. Matter to be
discussed will be all about the upcoming Classroom-Based Literary Costume Display
which will happen this February 27, 2023, Monday.
